We also offer nachos and hand cut fries loaded with brisket, pork, or chicken. We have a food truck for events. We offer catering services. We rent our dining areas for booked events. Swifty Pig BBQ catered the annual 2025 Holiday Meal at Delfasco. Wow! The food was delicious! I had employees pulling me aside to tell me how good it was, and everyone is talking about how much they liked it! We had chaffing dish catering, featuring smoked barbecued ribs, smoked turkey, mac and cheese, baked beans, rolls and drinks. David and his partner were so friendly and made sure that everyone was well-fed and happy. They did an incredible job. I highly recommend them!

Every employee I encountered, which was about 4, were working hard & checked on me. My son had a wrestling tournament down the road so we got food to go. It was fast & delicious!! We live almost 2 hours away, by the Knoxville airport but we’ll be back!! The brisket & pork were both delicious, melt in your mouth, perfection! No sauce needed, although I love bbq sauce.

Went here for the first time today with my family. The people working were very nice and helpful. When they found out it was our first time they immediately brought us samples to try. Even brought us some samples of their lemonade to try after. The food was very good as well even my picky children ate multiple things without complaining. We will definitely be back!

Customer service is top notch here. They welcome you and if you’re new, offer samples. Everyone who works here seems happy to see you, reminds me of the family treatment.
The food is excellent with a smoky flavor, not too overpowering, and all my meats were moist. I ordered the Slide Flight 4 sliders: brisket burger, chicken, pork, chopped brisket. I only used a little BBQ sauce so I could thoroughly enjoy the smoked flavor. The mac n cheese is a white, creamy and tasty side, not too salty, the broccoli casserole was equally yummy. I ended up taking half home due to ample portions. I also ordred the veggie brisket soup / beer bread and blueberry cobbler to take home. I can’t wait to get back to try more of everything, even breakfast!

We came in town to visit from Florida this week. My parents just got a house literally 2 minutes down the road and boy oh boy.. it’s going to be dangerous cause this place was AMAZING!! I personally worked at a family owned BBQ restaurant in Florida and this place was actually better in certain ways! I had the Half Rack of Ribs with mac and cheese and slaw, my husband had the loaded pork fries, and my dad had the pulled pork sandwich with fries. Everything was outstanding and there isn’t anything to complain about at all. The wait staff was always checking on us and making sure we were okay or needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back before we leave!! Can’t wait!

I was wowed as soon as I went inside. Our sweet waitress asked if we had ever visited. Since it was our first visit she gave us free samples to make a good choice for us. When I tell you this food was amazing I am not joking. The Mac and cheese was sinfully good. The only negative I have to say and it really isn’t a negative is that their pork sandwich has way too much meat on it. My husband and I are so different and typically have differing opinions of restaurants but we both loved it and that very rarely happens. Our waitress was one of the best we have ever had. She was almost like talking to an old friend. The building was extra clean. They take their decor up a notch, I got a chuckle with the pig on the toilet seat and all the funny signs. Last but not least I was moved by the original owners story and his mission while living. I have added a photo to my review for others to read. If I could give this restaurant over a 5 review I would. I can’t recommend it enough. Other restaurants could take lessons from them. Great job to the team of Swifty Pig BBQ. Will be visiting again while in the area.

We were immediately given samples of the brisket and pulled pork since this was our 1st visit. Our server wanted us to know what we were ordering. Both are fantastic! I chose the loaded brisket nachos, and my brother chose the Philly brisket sandwich, and we split them. We also tried the broccoli casserole and mac & cheese for side dishes. Near the end of the meal, the owner (David) came by the table to see if we were enjoying the meal. We told him that all of our expectations had been exceeded. The discussion somehow led to him telling us about soups, and he brought us a sample of their vegetable brisket soup with a piece of their beer bread. OMG! I can’t wait to go back to try other dishes. Everything about this place is worth the trip. I highly recommend the drive out for both the food and service.

All of the staff were very friendly. The food was outstanding. Pulled pork nachos are a new addition, not on the menu. Would highly recommend. Smoked chicken was just as delicious as the pork. Both the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were perfect. The mac n cheese was very tasty. The fries are made from potatoes in house. The sweet tea was perfect.
We did not have the desserts, but they looked amazing as well.

Warm comforting atmosphere and staff, they make you feel like you’re at Grandma’s for a Sunday dinner. The food is out of this world comfort food and all of the meats are some of the best smoked meat I’ve ever eaten. Moist, tender, and flavorful. All around great dining experience and definitely kid friendly and kid approved.
