We went through the drive thru at 10:29 pm and ordered the SpongeBob meal with some nuggets and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal large and everything was great but when we were giving the food, and checked, the SCCS wasn’t in there so i called back and asked if I could come back through and get it, they said yes.
So we pulled back up to the drive thru and told them and they said to pull up to the window so we pulled up to the window and we told the girl at the window that we just just had the missing sandwich we then had to wait for about 20 minutes or so and then when we were given the sandwich it was very messy and soggy.

My goodness shout out to the morning crew on 11/15 lady at the speaker was so helpful putting my order together. Lady at the window was so polite while I finished my business in the phone while trying to pay. And wow the original chicken sandwich I got today was so delicious. Idk but it’s been months or longer since I’ve had one and the last one was a disappointment but today was so good. Thanks to the crew today for great food and outstanding service

Ordered on the app and paid for my food. It was to be ready at 8:45 PM. I was at the drive thru for 45 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. I called the restaurant and after they finally answered the manager told me my order was ready and she had it in her hands to just pull up to the front and she would bring it right out to me. I did ,and I waited another 15 minutes. I finally got down and I was then told she would have it ready in a couple of minutes even though she had said it was ready. Another 20 minutes later she brings me my food and I asked ” Is this the food you said was ready for me when we spoke on the phone 35 minutes ago?” She looked puzzled and shrugged her shoulders. I then told her I didn’t want it to be cold and I was told that if it was to take it back for a remake. Sure enough my 2 ice teas had no ice. My fries where oily and limp, my nuggets where literally frozen,and the burgers where cold. Oh yeah my mozzarella fries where hard. I didn’t go back because I was not about to wait another hour and 20 minutes. Never again!!!!!!! To top it off I didn’t get a receipt, no sauces for the nuggets and 2 napkins for 4 meals. It’s obvious by the lack of response to the horrible reviews that the owners and management really don’t care. Not 1 review has a response, no apologies, no acknowledgement, NOTHING. THEY JUST DON’T CARE !!!

“I visited this location on Sunday, March 8th, around 7:50 PM, and the experience was unacceptable. The employee taking the drive-thru order sounded incredibly lazy and uninviting, setting a poor tone from the start.
After a very long wait in line, I saw why: while one or two employees were actually hustling, the other man was just standing around on his phone—wearing gloves, which is extremely unsanitary. He was making the fries and getting the biggest in the bag. Additionally, the lady taking orders looked to be dragging a chair to sit on while taking orders. There was zero sense of urgency. Management needs to address this shift immediately. I love company’s food and flavor but this franchise gots to improve their service.

When you have 3 items missing from your order and drive all the way home and to find that missing and they have to drive all the way back for a missing cheese burger, small fry and large onion ring. You’d figured they would at least apologize for the inconvenience or at least offer an extra fry or something. I should’ve just asked for my money back because now I’m going back to a cold burger.

Waited in line for 30 minutes on Christmas because we forgot to buy breakfast amid the chaos. When it’s finally our turn I get to the speaker and thy say breakfast ended two minutes ago. I explain my situation and after I told him I’d been waiting since before 10:30 he rudely says to me “that’s the rules sorry”

Joana was absolutely amazing and deserves to be recognized!

I went through the drive-thru last night and had a small issue with my order, so I decided to park and go inside. Joana, who was working both the drive-thru and bagging orders, greeted me with a smile, and I told her the issue.

While the kitchen was remaking my item, Joana, juggling multiple tasks, took the time to offer me something new each time she passed by.

She offered me a full refund, a fresh fry (which was not the issue), and a piece of chocolate pie. I initially declined all of her offers, but she was so sincere and persistent that I eventually accepted the pie (which was really good!).

As a former fast food team member, I understand things happen —but Joana’s attitude and customer service went above and beyond. It’s important to give credit where credit is due, and she definitely deserves it!

They way to slow at the drive through we had ordered something at the drive through the person in front of us. Was waiting like twenty minutes to get her food we pulled out of the drive through, and we went inside and got the food
When we gotn inside, it’s even worse. Half of your food is not correct and cold by the time you get the order. bad service half of the workers’s don’t even speak english
