Food was amazing! We did the BOGO Wednesday deal (buy a large pie, get a small pie free) & we chose a large burrata pie along with a small pepperoni hot honey pie—both were sooo good. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and Caesar salads, and everything was super fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to try more from the menu and we’ll definitely be back soon!

I can attest that it’s the best pizza in Rockland. Couple places are decent in Rockland but most of the pizza in the county is mediocre at best.
Pan & Peel blew me away. A little more mozzarella would be nice but not a deal breaker. I just buy a pound of Polly-O and make it into a SUNY Oneonta Cold Cheese Pizza masterpiece

Best garlic knots I’ve ever had! The pizza was also amazing! I sat at the bar inside gentle giant and had a couple beers while I ate, the service was great and the atmosphere was very nice.

is in a prime area in Pearl River. It is more of a pizza stand then a restaurant as there is dining in the brewery connected next door. One thing i will say is The food was hot and super fresh ! But a little lacking in the flavor department. We ordered pizza and wings. The location is not wheelchair accessible and is closed on Tuesdays. The phone number posted on Google is temperamental as a voicemail will pick up immediately if they are on the other line and if your ordering online be mindful there are service fees when placing your order, so its best to call and keep calling till they answer.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we walked in, Pan & Peel Pizzeria delivered an experience that went far beyond just a great meal — and trust me, the meal alone would have been enough to earn five stars.
Let’s talk about the pizza itself. The crust was everything a pizza lover hopes for — fresh, beautifully blistered, and loaded with those gorgeous air pockets that tell you immediately you’re working with a well-fermented, properly proofed dough. This isn’t a shortcut operation. Someone here clearly respects the craft and understands that great pizza starts long before it hits the oven. The sauce was bright and fresh, the cheese was high quality and melted to perfection, and the herbs — the herbs! — were fresh, vibrant, and handled with care. Not a bruised leaf in sight. Every component spoke to intentionality and pride in the product.
The overall eating experience was genuinely top tier. But what elevated this visit above and beyond was the owner himself. His humble, warm, and appreciative presence was something you just don’t encounter often enough. When I mentioned the recent buzz — the features on Pizzaholics and the attention from local food critics — his smile said everything. It wasn’t arrogance. It was the quiet pride of someone who has put in the work, believed in their vision, and is watching it resonate with people. That kind of authenticity is rare and it matters.
And the setting? Being housed inside a fantastic brewery is the cherry on top. Great beer, great pizza, great people — it’s a combination that’s hard to beat.

The definition of a hole in the wall, with spectacular pizza. Who needs to go to Manhattan or Brooklyn for great pizza. Super crispy dough, perfect tomato sauce. IDK what type of oven they are using but its state of the art technology all I can say. Its not easy to nail a good pie and these guys absolutely bring the flavor. You guys got my business, “Russo’s” went down hill after the new ownership take over. Hope you run them out of town. Ciao

I got a flyer in my mailbox and we went on a whim. We ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni and sausage, garlic, Parmesan, wings, and mozzarella sticks. This is for a family of four. Plenty of food and plenty of leftovers.
Well, I can say about the mozzarella sticks as they are something to try! Delicious and they’re huge so one order is more than enough for 5 to 6 people. Something in their seasonings just makes them perfect!
The garlic Parmesan wings were unbelievable! The wings were crispy and the flavors were perfect. There’s a lot of other flavors as well to try.
The pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was delicious, I think if we ordered in the crust might’ve been a little bit more rigid, but despite the fact it was a little floppy, the flavors were absolutely stupendous!
In addition, their prices are very reasonable so for a family of five for a Friday night pizza dinner, it was well within our budget.
In addition, the customer service on the phone and in person is incredible. Everybody was super sweet and obviously more than happy to accommodate.
Highly recommend this place— hidden gem! We now have our go to Pizza in Pearl River!

This place has the best pizza in Rockland with no competition crust is unbelievable and is cooked to perfection. Nicky cass already found his way there and if portnoy gets ahold of this place it will BLOW UP. The sandwiches and knots are amazing as well, can’t speak on the wings or fries because I haven’t had them yet but I’m sure they are amazing as well. I’d recommend this place if your in the mood for great pizza.
