Honestly, it didn’t take long in the drive-thru and window employee was polite. The only things I was disappointed in was the amount of fries in one fry box compared to the other as both are large and my smokehouse brisket. A good chunk of the brisket was hanging out of the buns, the sauce was only on one side of the burger, and just a pinch of like two or three fingers of crispy onion sprinkled on top. The food was still delicious otherwise.

Went there to get the 2 for $7 fish sandwichs?? They tasted like they were cooked at lunchtime? Dry, burnt tasting and nasty?? I wouldn’t buy anymore from there.. I always liked their roast beef sandwichs but this might change my mind.. I can’t believe they would sell people crappy food like that??

I showed up 2 hours before closing at the drive through. They “forgot” the cheese sticks and didn’t charge me for them. I decided to just pay for the cheese sticks separately and wait another 5 minutes. When I got home, everything was dried out/cold and the cheese sticks were either uncooked or so old it seemed that way. Best 25 bucks I’ve ever spent…

Good food and fast service. The roast beef sandwiches are always fresh and while there was a wait, the curly fries came out hot . Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Quick wait time for a meal and no complaints.

When I drive up together window the guy at the drive thru asked that I give him a moment. I said ok, around 10 to 15 minutes hours goes by and I said hello and he seemed to forgot I was there. When I tell him my order, he repeats it back to me and still gets it wrong. After I had to wait an additional ten minutes after I paid. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for to get what I paid for.

I have been to many Arby’s in the day and I’m quite fond of their food. However my last visit to the Hope Mills location couldn’t have surprised me more than when I got home and opens the bag! There always ask if you want a larger size. What I saw was a surprise to me , when you are asked if you want a large I guess that means just a larger container but not an increase in contents.

Really clean restaurant with exceptional service. Arby’s at their Hope Mills location doesn’t meet the standard. It sets the standard. Has a rating of 99 for sanitation. Unbelievable.

Waited in the drive true for almost 30 minutes nobody says nothing and then when i when to the wi dow to see what’s up the girl is right there and acting like she dosent see anyone i was waving finaly she told me through the glass its closed never will i be back here ever again
