Food was tasty! I had the fajita chimichanga, it was nicely cooked with lots of queso. The fajita meat was flavorful, beans weren’t from a can and seasoned well. The red sauce is fresh and like a more blended pico, green sauce was smooth and spicy. Service was excellent. The price and overall value were excellent. Give it a shot.

Absolutely delicious! Authentic and tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant. Great service also. Someone who is Native American from Canada Definitely enjoyed this place and very welcoming. Hope yall enjoy!

Knocked it out of the park & open late! Excellent food & service. The beef fajita was a great cut of meat, tender, juicy . Their green sauce has a nice flavor & kick to it. Charro beans were tasty and rice was fresh. Very clean interior, with great big windows for a good view/open feeling. Comfortable table booths and seating arrangement. Full service bar as well! Carlos my waiter was polite & attentive…. great service to go with a good meal. The sopaipilla dessert came with brown sugar, chocolate drizzle & whipped cream… super yummy. Couldn’t be happier, far better than many of the bland tex mex places in this area, don’t hesitate to check Pillo’s Mexican Restaurant out!

League city has a little piece of Mexico . The menudo was good and it was accompanied with homemade corn tortillas, limes and cilantro. We got chips with red and green salsa upon arrival.
Their green chilaquiles with fajita and beans were excellent. Plus, the migas with bacon and beans were delicious as well.
Service was great. The place was clean too.

We’re from Dallas where there’s taquerias everywhere but when I say this place beats all the places we’ve been in Dallas??? Like the fajitas were better than uncle Julio’s and the tacos??? I tried the chicharron, pastor and fajita and each and every one of them were amazing and the green chip sauce is amazing, finished the whole bowl of it lol They were out of lengua and tres leches but hopefully I can come back and try it before my hubs and I head back to Dallas

My fellow League City neighbors, this place serves great authentic Mexican food. No it’s not located inner city Houston where one might think you’d find great Mexican food, so do yourself a favor and give it a try. I stopped in for their Menudo, which is the best I’ve ever had. Also had some barbacoa tacos which were also excellent! They also have a full bar and happy hour food/drink specials! Their green sauce and chips were a great way to start your meal.

My first visit this afternoon. Ordered the four mini tacos, two beef and two chicken. They were just right for a nice lunch. Came with really delish borracho beans. The chips and salsa and green sauce were great. Next time I will add a little salt to the salsa and then it will be perfect. Staff were very attentive and kind. I enjoyed my time there and I will certainly be going back soon!
