I haven’t eaten at a Burger King recently or any fast food so am not sure if it’s me or the store. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese and it didn’t taste the same. I’ve been getting my original chicken with cheese since 1986. The service was great though.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Burger King and it’s not bad. Main issue was that I ordered the cheesey tots, got charged for them, and didn’t receive them in my bag once I got back to work to eat it. Lady in the drive thru was super nice tho.

The worst manager EVER!!! When I wanted to know how long do I have to wait for food, he just called me idiot. When I finally learned, it’d take tooo long, and wanted to cancel order and get my money back, did not get friendly reception. BK is down as food chain and once again, Burger King, you’ve lost a life long client today.

I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I got my food and my 2 whoppers were cold. They told me there were only three people working, in the building. I was just there the other day on a wednesday and the food was hot.I’m not sure what happened. Maybe it was a bad day. When you’re going to wait ten minutes In drive thru you, expect your food to be hot.

I frequent this location since I live nearby and haven’t had anything bad or as some of the other reviews on here until today. I had 2 Whopper meals. I waited for about 2 minutes at the window before being asked to park up front by the store because they were waiting on fries, which isn’t uncommon. I waited about another 2 minutes at the front before getting my food. Probably should have checked there and then but when I got home, the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting out past their prime just in the hopper. The bread and veggies on the burger was okay, but the beef patty also look and tasted like it has been just sitting out in the heater tray past it’s timer.

Horrible customer service. The white guy with long here today 1-17-26 @ 3:15pm was very rude and gave a attitude. Drinks had no ice asked for zesty sause and nope didnt give and. Burgers was sloppy and cold. Don’t waste your time here. I regret coming here.

Order was wrong! Asked for 2 Sausage croissants and got 2 bacon instead (pictures show why I NEVER ORDER BACON! Call to the restaurant to clarify order after getting home, cause no receipt given and I am told “Well I heard 2 number 2”. Girl I didn’t call to argue, I simply asked “What is the number 1 combo? Sausage or bacon”
BK you better get you some people that CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, cause what I see (and many others) is your restaurant is NOT worth my time or money!

Not only did they manage to mess up my order once but TWICE. Drove 20 minutes back to get the right item and the drive thru girl and “manager” made me wait over 10 mins for once again, the wrong item. When I told her it was wrong again she said I could just go wait inside. No thanks. You wasted my time enough already. I don’t see how hard it is to get ONE thing right. It’s not that difficult people! It’s fast food! Jesus. Do these old nasty looking chicken fries look like fiery mozzarella sticks? Seriously.

I waited 27 minutes for all my food they had me wait up front the first time and ten minutes for a chicken sandwich and when a asked for them to remake it they said to wait up front then 10 minutes just so I went in line and to ask if they could remake it cause my kids food was cold so I asked if they could remake it or give me a refund and they couldn’t make it without making us wait for it for another 10 minutes but the staff tried one of the guys was trying to help and the manger didn’t know how to give me a refund on my card so they gave me cash so I had to go another one
