We absolutely loved this place. Unfortunately the last two time (spaced out by a month or so) the chicken was so salty I could not finish my sandwich. I was really hopeful it was just an accident someone dumped in the whole salt container last time so I was very disappointed it happened again. My husband agrees it is salty but he does still like it. The people are friendly and they put a good amount of chicken in there which makes the sandwiches hearty. I hope they reduce the salt, I would certainly come back if they did. The level of salt makes it taste awful and it is also not healthy like that.

To the owner: I used to be a loyal customer, but what I experienced last time was unacceptable! The food was terrible, tasteless, and felt like it was made with zero effort. The employee you hired had no knowledge and no respect for customers. Service is at rock bottom, care is non-existent, and the place has lost everything that once made it special. If you don’t fix this fast, believe me, people will leave one by one and your whole reputation will collapse in your hands. Personally, I will never come back again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.”

On Saturday 09-08-23, I was in Birmingham MI for a class and decided to stop by Papa John to have breskfast at the Kabob Grille. The woman at the deli counter was cleaning the display and I asked directions to the restaurant. She acted annoyed that I asked this question and told me the restaurant had not open at 10 am since the pandemic. However, the internet information indicates that the Kabob Grille opens at 10 am. I found her attitude to be not very friendly and somewhat unwelcoming. I was very impressed with the variety of food selections, however, I did not receive a welcoming experience.
