Ordered delivery twice from this location. Pizza was undercooked both times. Crust was doughy. We had to put the pizza in the oven and cook it another 15 to 20 min to get a crst on it. Good thing I have a pizza oven or thisbwouldnhave been a $60 waste. We won’t order here again.

This location has gotten exponentially better with the addition of Jamie. She remembers customers’ names, ensures the order is correct and actually seems to care about both the product and customer. When else have you ever found that at a chain pizza restaurant?!! Never! Pizza Hut doesn’t get all of our business but the % of time we get PH is definitely higher now – You have an asset in Jamie.

I would like to recognize Connor for his outstanding customer service today. I originally had gone to a different Pizza Hut location in the area where I ordered an received burnt cheese sticks. I turned my car around and went back to ask for them to be remade and the girl there who supposedly was the manager give me a little bit of attitude but said she would remake them but then gave me the exact same thing back!! She remade and re-burned the cheese sticks and handed them to me. They looked exactly like the ones I brought back. I decided not to go back and go to this other location on Ironwood where Connor completely turned around the situation and remade my order on the house even after I offered to pay again!! He even gave me a double order for my trouble. Even though it was not his store that initially failed me he was still willing to resolve the issue!! Now, that is excellent customer service and I hope his manager truly understands that he has an amazing employee that actually cares about the customers on his team!! Thank you Connor for going above and beyond for me and my daughter today!!

Every time I go there, it gets worse and worse place needs new management wings were not that good. I ordered barbecue wings. There was barely any sauce on it. I ordered hot wings and the sauce was leaking out of the box when I got it into my truck and it was all over the seat had to go inside and ask for a new box and no one cares

We ordered delivery on NYE, and I kid you not, we got arguably the best pizza I ever had. I was shocked it was Pizza Hut. Whoever was cooking on NYE, please send me their schedule and I will be back!

They use doordash for deliveries. My order was and hour and a half late cold and missing items! There is no way to rate the driver so there are no consequences. The store does not answer the phone and the customer service option on the website are basically useless.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut for at least 10-15 years. They seem a bit pricey for $40 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks but the quality is really soft for pan, flavor was great but they are super greasy. After my 2nd slice I loved it but the 3rd one with the amount of grease upset my stomach a bit for hours. Other then that maybe I’ll try it again in 20 years to see if it improves.

Should have learned my lesson with PizzaHut… this place is the worse…. Pay extra money for additional toppings and they just don’t even put them on it… and then it looks like someone put there hand through the pizza or took a bite out of it… completely disgusting… tried to call to get it fixed and can’t get ahold of anyone at the store… get corporate and they can’t help… have to talk to someone in the store… so not only the worse looking food I have ever seen… the worse customer service ever…
