The pizza itself was actually really good but it came freezing cold I placed the order at 6:40ish and the initial delivery time was 708 and it ended up showing up at 7:48. I understand that it’s dinner time and things get busy but getting the actual delivery time sort of accurate would be helpful and having the pizza warm too wouldn’t hurt. sorry!!! I also only live less than five minutes away. and when the tracker said, the pizza delivery driver was on the way and I could track the car. The car ended up staying at the restaurant for almost 20 to 30 minutes before I saw it actually heading towards me.

When I called to place an order, the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude (swearing, etc). The lady working the front was really pleasant when I arrived to pick up my order, so I decided not to make any complaint.
However when I got home & opened the pizzas I’d picked up, they were both incredibly burned (especially the crust) as well as cut REALLY oddly -like as if the center intersecting point was just a couple inches off of the edge instead of the middle of the pie.

So I ordered pizza and an hour later, I called them to ask where my pizza was. They say “We have only one delivery driver so I will put your pizza in the oven now.” So, delivery driver was the reason they could not even bake the pizza? strange but sure. I had a family get together and this was planned in advance with a confidence in customer service but here we are. I told him to cancel the order and he did not even have the courtesy to say I am sorry this happened instead, he said “Ok I will take it out of the oven” and just hung up like he was speaking to a homie and not a customer. Highly discourage doing business with Dominos.

Service here was great, reviewer under me is obviously looking for things to complain about, and would apparently rather have their pizza sit on the rack waiting for a driver to take it, rather than have a fresh out of the oven pizza directly into the bag and delivered to their house. Brain cells are underrated…

Ordered my food at 8:06PM. About 20 minutes later it says delivered. Nothing was delivered. I call the restaurant, and the gentleman on the phone says the driver did it by mistake and would be there in about 3 minutes. After waiting outside for about an extra 20, I get a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant again, and they told me,” no it was delivered.” Finally got my money back, and no food. -rep lazy driver.

This dominos has gotten our order wrong 3 times in a row. Most recently we called our order in, they said it would be 15 minutes. We come to pick up 1/2 an hour later- they haven’t started it yet. Not worth the hassle.

Go to Manhattan Pizza instead!! Absolutely horrible experience on 8/16/24. Received notification the order was ready and went into the store to chaos. Was not greeted of looked at for 10 minutes and then they looked for the order but could not locate it. As others pilled up behind me the same thing happed and 30 minutes later I asked for a refund and left. Placed an online order with Manhattan Pizza down the street and was fretted with smiles and the order ready consume!! Two different experiences all together but I know where we will go from now on!!!
