I had ordered some food on the Taco Bell app. It did not go through but charged my card. No worries in my opinion it is just a little inconvenient. But upon going in to the location I ordered from, all the staff were great and handled it amazingly. Very polite and nice and professional. I want to just give a big shout out about this type of service. Thank you to the GM of the store to the person that first talked to me at the counter you guys did great!

I am adding taco bell to my places to never eat again. I won’t support these huge corporations ripping their customers off. It seems if u don’t order double meat to ur burritos. All u get is a big mouthful of cheese and sourcream. Not only did u raise prices, u also skipped on the ingredients. I find it interesting they don’t look at if from the viewpoint of. What if we put mest in our burritos and made them how they should be and priced accordingly. How many more customers would return and also eat there more often. I know I’m not alone on this, as I know of others who won’t eat here again either. I just hope it’s enough to hit em were it hurts and all they think about, in the pocket book. Every thing I can do right now from not taking it back to the store and slapping it on the counter. I know it’s not the workers fault. There told to rip us off. 6 bucks for a burrito filled with sourcream, rice and cheese. With id say around 39 meat morsels spread around it.

This order wasn’t just bad. It was mind blowingly disgusting. The Mexican Pizza came in a pile, while they’re normally cut into 4 pieces, this one was cut into just one full piece and one broken piece. The limited time chicken nuggets were literally burnt and there was no moisture in them. Thank God I didn’t miss them. I have reached out to corporate, but have not heard anything back. Save yourself time by staying home and throwing your money in the trash can!

Went thru the drive thru. No spice beef quesadilla and taco w water. They gave me Ice topped w water. The taco was great but cold. The quesadilla was in a paper bag, so when I took it from the bag it crumpled into a gooey sticky mess. When I bit into it…spicy!!!!

If you go through the drive thru in a bigger vehicle go slow the when you go to leave its a sharp narrow turn. If you go I side you will have to use the self kiosk. Staff will not help you order

So I went in and the guy who was the cashier said I had to place my order at a kiosk if the employees are not trained to take my order at the register I will walk out of any establishment and never come back instead I went across the street to Safeway and I bought chips ….. I love Taco Bell so much I got a Taco Bell tattoo your customer service and your kiosk you’re ill trained employees made me want to remove it or cover it up. I ordered from this Taco Bell via DoorDash today and have hair cooked into my food . View the photos for proof!! I went in person about a year ago and and my little family got food poisoning. I thought maybe it was a just a stomach virus then, but after this I can see that they don’t abide by health standards. It’s hard not being able to trust such a large fast food chain. Go to Del Taco in Hawks Prairie, or the Olympia Taco Bell STAY AWAY from here!! Because of DoorDash, they told me I could not get a refund either:]. But my appetite was gone anyway, so I guess that’s that!
