Our family returned to Brooklyn V’s for a special dinner, and it was an absolute home run–way beyond our initial 5-star experience! This was a true taste of Brooklyn, from the vibrant atmosphere to the phenomenal food that had us all raving. The music, the vibe, and the impeccable service made this hands-down the best family dinner we’ve had in ages!
Our table was a feast of Brooklyn classics: the Bianco pizza with its perfect crispy crust, golden garlic knots bursting with flavor, crisp Caesar salads, and a gooey baked Caprese that melted in our mouths. We savored hearty meatball and sausage sides, a rich chicken Marsala, and creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo that wowed everyone. The cheesesteak stromboli was a showstopper–packed with bold, authentic flavors. For dessert, the NY-style crumb cake and warm cinnamon bites were pure indulgence, capping off a meal we’ll be talking about for weeks!
Our server Braden was a superstar–attentive, warm, and a true ambassador for Brooklyn V’s. The ambiance transported us to the heart of Brooklyn, with every bite evoking that borough’s soul. Huge thanks to Vito and the entire team for creating such a memorable night. Brooklyn V’s isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience that deserves more than 5 stars. We’ll be back time and again!!!!!!!

Tonight, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We ordered pizza and salad over the phone from the San Tan Valley location and clearly stated that we intended to eat in the dining room and were ordering ahead. We asked if there was a wait for a table at that time and were told there was no wait. Stacy took our order. When we arrived, the order was packaged as a take out and all of the tables were empty except one. Mistakes can happen but the staff was completely thrown by the original request. Instead of being gracious and seating us, we were told they have never done this. Hard to believe that you cannot order a pizza over the phone and eat there. We had to ask for plates, the pizza to be on a pizza stand instead of just given to us in the box and utensils. We had to ask for beverage service. The “manager” told us that they would allow us to order in advance for in house dining just this time but wouldn’t do it in the future. I had no idea that she was empowered to speak about restaurant policy on behalf of Brooklyn V’s. Bella, the manager, is obviously young. Maybe even a teenager and should never be trusted to take care of customers. She was rude, disrespectful, argumentative and had no idea what hospitality looks like. Initially, when I asked for her name, she stated that she didn’t have to give it to me. It was everything you would expect of a teenager in charge. Even the other teenager, Stacy, at the register chimed in by telling us that Bella was an excellent server and this situation was our fault. It was like one high school kids feeling the need to defend her friend. We have been regular customers in the past and have always had excellent service from Ana and Liz. Tonight was shocking and the restaurant ownership must take steps to put adults in charge of taking care of guests in their restaurant.
This misunderstanding could’ve been handled easily with an apology for the mix up and then treating the paying customer as if they walked in asking for a table. I’m not sure what Bella was thinking when she decided we didn’t deserve any service and told us they wouldn’t provide us with service like this in the future. I will follow up with those who truly make decisions.

The Bruschetta had so many onions in it, that’s all you could taste. A Classic bruschetta DOESN’T have onions in the recipe. The garlic knots were hard as rocks, and pizza was old and reheated. Would not recommend

Disappointed…calamari was either overcooked or cooked in old oil. It had bad flavor and was darker brown than usual. The pepperoni pizza was meh…overall definitely not worth $24…could have had better frozen from the grocery store and less than half the price.

Food is good but not worth waiting an hour and a half for!! That was ridiculous. And they acted like we were crazy to be aggravated the entrees were sitting there getting cold while we waited for them to make the salad!

Great little pizza parlor with an awesome vibe! I ended up getting spaghetti with sausage and peppers and my girlfriend got spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were delicious and quantity was plentiful. Will definitely be returning!
