What’s the point of offering things like I’ve cream or shakes if your employees are so lazy that they refuse to sell these items because they don’t want to clean the machine. I’ve been in this BK everyday this week for lunch or dinner and everyday the same story we can ask you a shake because we are cleaning the machine, well it’s 1:57pm I’ve decided to dine in just to see the machine being cleaned and would you know the machine was never touched. This will be the last time I ever spend my money here, lazy employees, food wasn’t even that good attitudes such like you are a burden to them because you want to buy food for them, this is no way to run a business. By the way the videos from all week with all the interactions will be on social media I’m tired of busting my tail hauling food and goods people can’t live without to be treated like this. Enjoy your Bud light moment Burger King you’ve earned it

What’s the point in having an app if you aren’t going to allow professional drivers to use it? Are you losing so much money because of professional drivers spending their time away from friends and family? Ridiculous. Piss poor customer service with a smile when you attempt to use the app.

DOUBLE CHECK PRICE. Food was prepared well. Soda is always off tasting. The dining area is sticky. They tried to overcharge me $ 15.00. After I did the math for the cashier, all was good. The guy behind me in line also had to correct the cashier, as she tried to charge him 5.00 dollars extra.

This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I’m helped by Liz. She always gives great customer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish most places employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don’t find those kind of qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I’m taking the time to comment and give recognition to Liz for her outstanding customer service and work ethic.

My best part of eating at this BK was the customer service that was bestowed upon me by Isabelle. I’m not sure if I spelled her name right, I only quickly got a glance when she handed me my food. She had a nose ring I believe. She was so very nice and made me feel welcomed even though I was having the hardest time figuring out what I wanted to eat. The food came out fresh that was also a plus. I would love to visit this BK again.
