Saturday stopped for the mac and cheese w/Brisket. Sunday had the ribs. The ribs are absolutely the most tender, fall of the bone, smokiest, flavorful ribs I’ve ever eaten. They were amazing. Pro Tip: If you want them, order them in advance because they go FAST, rightly so. Also, these ribs are so good that they don’t need any sauce. We got the mango sauce and it was very good(a bit spicy for me).

Great-tasting traditional barbecue including brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, Texas sausages, and your typical sides! Food was great and the owners/employees are awesome! Mark has been smoking meats as a hobby for many years, but opened Brothers BBQ 3.5 years ago during the height of COVID.
They sell out of their food most days, so make sure you reserve yours for pick-up. You can also eat-in at the restaurant if you want. My favorite items were the brisket sandwich, garlic sausage, and the broccoli salad. They have a. Variety of different sauces to try, all made in-house. I tried their original bbq sauce, which is notably different than your typical store-bought sauce. If you give this place a try, I guarantee you’ll keep coming back!!
I’ve heard they have some great burnt ends that they offer at select days/weeks, so I hope to try those out eventually.

If you’re looking for catering for a business event, I highly recommend Brothers BBQ. From initial contact to checking in the morning after the event, they have been friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Plus, the food was AMAZING! Some of the best barbecue around. Phenomenal beef brisket and barbecue chicken. Choice cuts of meat with one of a kind seasoning. A wonderful variety of freshly prepared sides, including broccoli salad, potato salad, and corn bread.

Overall, the food was excellent. I had an issue with my order, there was a huge piece of fat with my brisket. Even if I would have opened my to-go container to inspect it before I left, I would have not seen this. This piece of fat was under all the other pieces of brisket meat. The sad part is I was starving, the food was good, and I did not get enough meat because of this mistake.
We had the following platters:
Beef brisket with the original BBQ sauce and corn bread and baked beans
A combo (brisket and pulled pork) with the sweet and spicy sauce and corn bread and broccoli salad
½ Rack rib with the original BBQ sauce and cole slaw and baked beans
Other than the above-mentioned issue, the meats and sauces were excellent. The sides were also excellent and showed they were made in house. The corn bread was just right – not too sweet!
I addressed my issue and Mark quickly replied to me:
I would like to first apologize for this error. We always trim out the large sections of fat while slicing the point end of the brisket. Most likely this was cut from the point and scooped up by accident when put on the scale and then transferred to your to-go container. He even offered to make it right the next time we do visit.
We will be returning, just not anytime soon.

3 months out from our wedding, the caterer that we had set up dropped us. I was told that Brothers BBQ was good food and see if they would be able to do anything. That day I had a phone call with Chris and he made everything come together. The service is outstanding, the food is beyond fantastic and Chris is an amazing person to work with. Everything was so delicious and perfect for our wedding. Everyone kept talking about the food and how good it was. I highly recommend Brothers BBQ for all occasion or just for something amazing to eat.
