I had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery. The ice cream was super creamy and rich, and you can really taste the quality. I love that you can customize everything and watch them mix it fresh on the frozen stone right in front of you. It makes it feel more special than just grabbing a scoop from a tub.
The staff was friendly and patient while I picked my mix-ins, and the portion sizes were generous. The waffle cones were fresh and smelled amazing. Overall, it’s a perfect place to go when you’re craving something indulgent and fun.

The crew members were very friendly, energetic, and welcoming. They patiently explained the flavors and helped me choose the right combination. Even though it was a bit busy, they handled orders efficiently and maintained a positive attitude. Their teamwork and customer service really stood out.

The cake itself was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the flavors.
I’m very disappointed in the presentation.
I specifically told the cake maker No Red Dyes!!!
We went with yellow..
The name on the cake was supposed to say Harper.. what we got was a messy unknown name.
Not one person has called me back or responded to my call or email.

Super cute location, an area you can walk between easily and enjoy the nice weather even if sometimes the parking lot is super crowded. Good customer service and a top notch smoothie, it’s nice that you can see them make it in front of you and they double check everything with you to make sure it’s right.

Placed an online order (far in advance) for an ice cream cake for an event (adopt a family for Christmas), and look at how janky the writing is on this cake! This is one of the ugliest handwriting I’ve seen on a cake!!!
The taste overall was OK. The red velvet cake was dry. However, the ice-cream portion was OK. Did not taste like raspberry chocolate. Don’t forsee ever ordering a cake from this place again!

So creamy and delicious ice cream!!! I mixed cookie dough with cake batter and an Oreo cookie in it. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows and glass in the place, they are nasty with handprints and streaks.

Expensive but we always have a 2 for one coupon or reward. Yummy ice cream. Better quality than DQ. Small seating area but in the warmer weather they add a few seats outside. We’ve never had a problem eating in.
