I can’t believe how overpriced Pizza Hut has gotten. I ordered 1 small personal pizza and 8 boneless wings and the total came out to $19.99. Absolutely ridiculous! For that price, you could get a full meal somewhere else.
To make it worse, if you don’t use their app, they’ll charge you full inflated prices. Please, please use the app or you’ll get robbed blind. Honestly, it feels like they’re taking advantage of customers who order straight from the store without checking deals.
Pizza was average, wings were fine—but nothing special to justify that kind of price. Definitely not worth it unless you’re stacking discounts through the app.

The app doesn’t give you the option to do half and half, nor does it allow you to make special requests unless you call. But when you call, they don’t do any special requests because cause nine times out of ten, they’ve already made the order. Suggest to fix app issues or call in and order for delivery instead.

This store does both take out orders and deliveries. There is a sitting area here and this area was clean and well kept. The prices here are like any other Pizza Hut. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when placing your orders. They have plenty of items on their menu for you to order from.

Now remember Pizza Hut has the Honor of being Allowed on Fort Lee. Me and my family were staying on Fort Lee for the night so we could go see my son graduate the next morning and order Carry out, we ordered One large pepperoni, one large cheese, and order of breadsticks that was it they never gave us the total but when I got my Credit Card statement, it was $53.92 No, any other place this would be around $18.47 I do not understand why a company that has the honor to be on a military facility would try to rip off soldiers that are trying to defend our country they don’t get paid very much. So why would you triple the price of what you would charge civilian people that make almost double what these soldiers make a month this is just disgusting pure disgusting what you all charge soldiers that get paid Peanuts y’all should be ashamed of yourself. Y’all should get kicked off of that base. Totally disgusting and be ashamed of yourself.

Got the Big Dinner box and we’re super disappointed how big the crust was. It was more crust than toppings. It tasted fresh but the pizza did not come as advertised. And when we called to complain about it we were told that’s just how they come out.

Overall decent pizza with a normal price. The pizza was a bit oily, but was like any normal pizza hut.
The customer service is good but super slow. If you are there and they say 15 minutes expect closer to a 25 to 35 minutes wait.
The inside of the restaurant area is super dirty and definitely needs a to be cleaned thoroughly.

Doesn’t matter if you order a scheduled delivery at 12 for 2pm, you’re still going to get it an hour and a half after that scheduled delivery time. And when you call to ask about it they’re going to be rude no matter how nice you are to them. Prepare yourselves.
Update: 2 hours later and I still don’t have my pizza. And I just called and they put me on hold and hung up on me. After I heard all the employees telling other phones ringing to shut up in the background. I get it your busy, but I preordered two hours in advance because of this

Employees are rude. The only one that’s nice is the one delivery driver. food is always an hour late. Called to ask about my order and the lady was overly rude.
