When I walked in , the employees greeted me and they all were very polite. It was my first time and they gladly informed me on my sub options. I got my sandwich relatively quick and warm as requested. Aside from that they kept the restaurant clean. This location was a great experience. I would recommend coming here based off this day’s staff.

I placed an online order for a sandwich with a scheduled pickup time of 2:02 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, I gave my name to the woman working the counter, who was quite rude. She dismissively said, “Oh, it’s not ready yet, we just got that order.” I pointed out that the pickup time was 2:02 PM, but she insisted their system showed 2:15 PM.
While I was waiting, another employee asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was waiting because I was told the pickup time was 2:15 PM. The first employee then interjected, saying, “Oh, I have her sandwich right here.” If my order was ready, as she suddenly claimed, why was I left sitting there, waiting for no reason?
When I finally got my order, the receipt clearly showed the pickup time as 2:02 PM—proving that I was lied to about something as simple as the time. To top it off, my sandwich was dry and not prepared as I had ordered it. I didn’t have time to go back and address it, as I was already frustrated by their rudeness.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when the staff is clearly overwhelmed. Everyone has busy days, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. They definitely need to do better.
