Lee’s BBQ is a delicious food truck (sometimes Farmer’s Market stand/caterer). The staff is super friendly too. I can’t wait to go back for more yummies. Here are my faves:
Loaded Mac: Tender cheesy pasta topped with Lee’s amazing pulled pork and decorated with Dexter BBQ sauce and ranch. This one is comfort food all the way! A drink comes with your meal.
Hog Pen: French fries topped with crunchy coleslaw and super moist pulled pork. Delicious and huge enough to share! Comes with a drink.
Chicken thighs: Fantastic, magical, tender, moist…
Cons: Sometimes the fries are way too salty. Also, the last two times I’ve gone, they have not included any sauces with the combos or meat orders… I guess you have to ask for them now.
Tip: Ask them what their daily special is because some items, like the Loaded Mac and Cow Trough, are only available on certain days.
Note: Since this food truck is relatively new to Soda Springs, the hours and days open are still being ironed out. Also, if they sell out (which they do because the locals love the food), then they close early. So if you’re driving by and see that their open, do yourself a favor and give them a try.
Location: they are in the parking lot of Eastman’s Drug. It’s a great location because it’s right next to the Geyser Park. You can sit on the picnic tables and eat your food and enjoy the hourly geyser.

I really did not expect this place to be this good. The trailer is very unassuming and the menu is quite simple. But, wow!
The service was very friendly and fast. The food was amazingly good. I had the hogpen, which is fries topped with pulled pork, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Wow! Wow! Wow! Others in my party had the ribs and the pulled pork and loved them.
