Ordered carry out twice, and delivery once. So far pizza has been fantastic! Tonight I called ahead to ask about the toppings in a philly cheesesteak pizza. Called back to order it. Once it was delivered I noticed the toppings werent what was quoted to me. So I called them back, turns out there was some miscommunication….they graciously offered to get it right and re-deliver. I’m very happy with their service, and so far every pizza has a great crust, when I ask for extra cheese its always the right amount… I like Nick’s so far for sure. Especially the way they’ve decided to handle fixing the miscommunication issue here. (Just hope they werent spiteful when making the new one lol)

We have tried ordering from Nicks countless of times with the same outcome each time, but tonight was our last straw.
My family and I decided to order pizza for dinner. We wanted to give Nicks the benefit of the doubt, despite their mistakes before. So we ordered our pizza, and decided we’d pay cash. They told us it would take 45 minutes.
After an hour of waiting, we decided to call and ask if their delivery driver showed up. They confirmed that their driver was in fact on the way. Despite being only a few minutes away from the shop, 15-20 minutes rolled by and still no sign of the delivery driver.
We called back again and told them to cancel our delivery, that we would order elsewhere. Another 30 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up after we cancelled our delivery and already placed an order with another place. Without thinking, we assumed that the delivery driver who arrived was from the other pizza shop.
We paid for the order, and it wasn’t until I got inside of my house that we realized that it was from Nicks instead. (It was nighttime, and very foggy. I couldnt tell much of a difference outside since we ordered the same items from the other location)
When we found out that they didn’t cancel our order. We decided to call back, just to be placed on hold twice after explaining to two different people on the staff what happened.
Finally, the last employee answered and immediately had an attitude with us when we only wanted questions to be answered and a refund.
Will never give Nicks pizza our service again.

Based off of previous reviews, I decided to treat myself to a steak and cheese sub and onion rings. And when I said that Nicks pizza and subs did not disappoint, the food & service was impeccable. The restaurant was very clean, very upbeat atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Nicks Pizza and subs for a great dinner experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying I am a loyal customer and have NEVER gotten bad service… until tonight. Now… we order from Nicks more than literally any other pizza place we could’ve chosen from because they are pretty good. But as soon as you point out something THEY DID WRONG… YOU are wrong, not them. My partner ordered a large pizza with mushroom on the whole thing, sausage on one side, onions on the opposite side. Also ordered fries with the onion ring sauce(costs extra)… got the pizza with onions on the whole pizza… didn’t receive our sauce. When we called to let them know, he repeated the order to us, which was correct but the pizza was not. We got “so what do you want me to do about it”… we didn’t get onions on the whole pizza because I have stomach issues.. will not be ordering there again.

-10000/10 do NOT recommend.
12/26/24—This is the only place that I know, that will take your order, REPEAT IT BACK TO YOU, get it wrong and then when you call, the remake it even worse than the first time. Then when you call AGAIN, they say that there’s nothing they can do because “the manager watched it be made correctly”. BULLSHIT!
Even after writing the top half of this review AND ORDERING A SECOND TIME EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE US FOOD POISONING, we ordered yet again 12/26/2024 and they done messed up for the very last time!!
Ordered a pizza half mushroom half pepperoni. Order of fries and the onion ring sauce.
First time delivered, they put mushroom and Pep on the entire pizza and forgot our fries and sauce. Second time delivered, they gave us a whole pizza with 2 cheese slices and the rest had mushroom. They said “forget the pep all together and let’s give them 2 slices of cheese”.
That’s when they said “I’m sorry but the manager said that he watched your order be made correctly”. Inserted are the said 2 slices with just cheese and 0 pep that “wAs MaDe CoRrEcTlY”. (My special needs son bit into one of the slices) and because he was annoyed at the fact he couldn’t see pep, he did in fact take it apart to be sure it wasn’t under the cheese. Must’ve did a magic trick, grew legs and walked off the pizza! Taaaadaaaa! The slice with the flash is the second slice from the pizza “MADE CORRECTLY”. the quality of service these days is mind blowing!

We have ordered from nicks regularly for years. It has been our go to for cheese steaks. Last night my husband ordered himself a sandwich at 8:15 for delivery. We live half a mile away, but since we have small kids he couldn’t just wake them up out of be to get a cheese steak, that’s crazy. (I was at work, he was holding down the fort)They took his order and money, but he never received any food or phone call about his food. I stopped by after work to see if I could just pick up the order but they were closed and no one was inside. He called back today and was given no explanation as to why or how this bs happened??? He was just told to dispute it with our bank. No offer of a refund or credit, nothing. They really just took our money and gave us the run around. Nicks, are you pressed for 30$ that bad? Absolutely wild.

This is such a fun atmosphere to walk into. The new owners did a great job of fixing things up. It looks better and even has AC inside now! I’m sure the staff is pleased. Everyone is always so nice and I’m happy that the food still tastes great as ever. They have specials back and the prices are pretty good for this area. I hope it doesn’t change.

Yuuuum! Our subs were great tastewise! I think one of the best in the area! They could use maybe a little more meat & fresher lettuce without any brown…(thats why I didn’t give 5 stars) but we were still very pleased! We’ll continue to order from here!!

Very disappointed in my order. They literally gave me burnt onion rings. I mean literally burnt as in black. How that can go out the door to a customer is beyond me. This is not the old Nicks! Never again will my money be wasted on this shop.
