Food was cold, fries and burger. Fries were hard and brown. I asked him to please don’t give people cold food. He was gracious in offering to remake but we had already eaten.
I also thanked him for letting my husband know he gave him a larger lemonade and only charged for regular size.
Please do better. It’s not appetizing to eat cold food and we only live a mile and half away. And please if you’re a good manager at this location respond to these reviews to have customers earn back your rating!!

Burger King’s “Have it your way” motto is a joke—at least at this location.
I ordered two Double Cheeseburgers with bacon, onions, and BBQ sauce, but what I received were two plain Double Hamburgers—no cheese, no bacon, no onions, no BBQ sauce. Just dry patties and buns. I paid $11.00 for this order, and all DoorDash refunded was $2.41 for the inconvenience.
I contacted the store directly and spoke with the manager, hoping to get a real solution. Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. The manager acted like it wasn’t a big deal and clearly didn’t care.
I’ve attached photos of my receipt and the incorrect food I received so people can see the proof for themselves. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from this Burger King again—and I recommend others be cautious as well.
Burger King is Burger King and usually you know what you want when you walk in the door. For me it’s a Whopper® with cheese, cut in half. I opted for onion rings instead of fries on this visit (I’ve never been a fan of BK’s fries), and the biggest tankard of Coke® I could get my hands on.
The restaurant was empty when we entered so we went directly to the counter to order. The gentleman behind the counter took our and got us our drink cups and we were on our way.
That tankard of ice-cold Coke® was exactly what I needed while I waited for my food…which wasn’t long at all. “Wasn’t long” as in about 7 minutes.
My Whopper® was hot and cut in half (they’re just easier to eat that way), as I ordered. A bit heavy on the mayo, but not really complaint worthy. The “onion rings” (which they really aren’t) we hot and I love the hot dipping sauce.
We hadn’t been to this location for a few years and this visit was great. The remodel looks fantastic and the place was clean and tidy.
I came by today and Colin was the one taking order and st the window. Wow wow wow, he needs to be put into management training immediately. Or atleast shift lead at minimum.
I can genuinely say, this is one of the best fast food encounters, in general, that ive had in a very very long time.
Colin should be immensely proud of himself, and I hope Burger King is investing in him as well!!!!! If not, I might scoop him up to work at my restaurant!
