I like this Starbucks, locations good and the drinks are usually made pretty well. Drink yesterday was good, but the note on this drink BETTER NOT have been sarcastic or snakey…cause there was no smile on her face to be found!!

Most of the employees at this location are very nice. When I have had an issue they quickly resolve. The issue is, there’s always an issue… the drinks suck. I’ve not had a good cappuccino in so long. The target Starbucks serves better drinks. I’ve said over and over something is wrong with that machine or they are pre-making the base. I have no idea I’ve never worked as a barista. But the drinks- cappuccinos are 1/10 if you get a good one. This is next to my house but I can’t take it any longer. I can’t come back.

The service here is pretty bad. There were 3 cars in front of me and it look about 15 minutes to get to the speaker to order. THEN, another 10-15 minutes to get my drink… not sure why it took so long as everyone in front of me got 1 or 2 drinks with no food. At the window, no one smiled or said hello. Just scanned my app, handed me my drink, and walked away. As a frequent Starbucks visitor (not this one), I was disappointed in the service. I will say, my drink was made correctly and tasted good.

I never got to order. I drove all the way here from Atrium Union to redeem my birthday coupon. I just entered the location within the last 10 minutes, at 13:00. It isn’t t busy. There are plenty of staff. One person is drinking behind the counter and made eye contact with me. I noticed the sanitation grade post ed was 91% as of July 1st. Between the fact no one offered a greeting, they were moving along slowly when there were only 3 cars in the drive thru, and there was no line inside, I left.

The service is the worst. I just move to the area and been there four days in a roll and all the employees were really rude. I asked for a cup of water and never got it even when the place was empty. I will never come back to this location

Some of the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. No one smiled, screwed up my simple latte and then snapped at me for asking for a new one (I was even willing to pay for it). Starbucks can do better, this location needs them to.

Always have a great experience at Starbucks! Food was delicious, cookie was good also ! The drinks very tasty!
The only thing about Starbucks is the prices are high !
We paid Thirty dollars for two drinks , a protein pack , and a breakfast sandwich and shared a cookie . Just seems like a lot of money for what we got . But don’t get me wrong everything was just the way we ordered them , and tasty .

The messiest Starbucks I’ve been to. So many boxes stacked on the floor. 8 staff members (most chit chatting), 3 sitting on the tables that customers should be able to use. One staff member is sitting on the floor eating Moe’s Mexican food from next door. It all feels very off brand…junky, trashy, dirty. I see trash every where, hand smudges on glass, dust, filthy air vents, food in corners of floor. Someone needs to intervene as the manager is not taking care of this store.
I come to this location when visiting my family and while they have more staff, it’s still a dirty and messy store.

I like Starbucks a lot but they no consistency in their drinks. Sometimes they are great but then like today I feel like I paid $6 for a cup of hot water that I could have got for free from my sink! On a high note the service has always been good..
