Pho Bay in Georgetown is a wonderful spot that combines great food with a beautiful location. The restaurant is spotless, including the restrooms, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed.
I ordered the combination rare beef and brisket pho, and it was comfort food at its finest. The broth was piping hot, rich, and deeply flavorful—each sip felt nourishing and energizing. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, blending beautifully with the fresh herbs and noodles.
Pho Bay is a place that gets everything right—clean, friendly, and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!

Best pho I have ever had! Awesome location on the creek. In the warmer months, you can sit on the patio to enjoy the sound of running water while you eat. Love bringing my friends and family here when they come to town to visit.

The veggie broth was rich and flavorful, packed with plenty of vegetables, making for a hearty and satisfying meal. The chicken fried rice was perfectly cooked, with great texture and taste. Service was quick, making it a great spot to dine after a long day of skiing.

The staff was really kind and wonderful. Unfortunately, when it came to the food, we didn’t enjoy it. The Pho soup, which was the main reason we originally came, wasn’t tasty at all – it was bland and sweet. My boyfriend ordered noodles with beef, but unfortunately that wasn’t good either. We didn’t even feel full afterwards.

We were looking for something different as we’ve been eating out every night on a vacation. this was the perfect spot and alternative. Next to a little creek, cute little restaurant.
We had the spring rolls, garlic mussels that were grilled, seaweed salad and dumplings.
Everything was delicious! I loved the grilled muscles the most.
The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and even more outside during the season for outdoors.
Service was wonderful, fast and efficient. Would I go here again, absolutely!

Well, unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this restaurant on my birthday.
I asked the server if it was possible to order without an allergen and she said yes. When I got my food it contained my allergen.
I flagged her down and pointed out the allergen.
She quickly brought it back out without it, but I wondered if they just rinsed the seafood off and gave me new broth as I was still getting hints of the allergen.
Then they started spraying tables with EXTREMELY SCENTED fabuloso type cleaners that should never be used around food or food prep. I was horrified. That’s definitely NOT FOOD SAFE CLEANING PRODUCTS
I’m also extremely allergic to toxic cleaning products like that and can cause anaphylactic reactions so I asked to move to the front part of the restaurant AND CARRIED my bowl to the front to remove myself from the toxic environment
Overall extremely disappointed as this was my birthday meal to myself.
I unfortunately don’t trust eating here again either.
It was 50$ which seems like a lot for a lunch
It’s an hour afterwards and I’ve sneezed 39 times and my throat feels like it’s closing up, and have itchy eyes. Great birthday meal.

It feels so good to eat ramen and pho when it was cold outside. Highly recommend this place especially if you’re visiting Georgetown around fall or winter. Great service. Pretty quick. It’s not hard to get table. Prices are good. Food quantity is sufficient.

Pho Bay is in a cute spot by the river with minimal to no I70 noise. We each got the large which was a massive portion. Definitely got it anticipating leftovers. Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious as well. Huge patio, tons of indoor seating. I see why they opened a second location in Silverthorne

The food came out super fast and the staff was so friendly. There’s plentiful parking and probably best food in town. Recommend you try the spring rolls!

This place is AMAZING! Stopped here on my way back to Denver. The noodle soup + fixings, pad Thai, and boba tea were some of the best I’ve ever had. The establishment itself is clean, spacious, and right along a cute little creek. The staff are SO sweet too.
