My family loves Charley’s. However this one is horrible. We went Friday Dec 29,2024. Out of every flavor of soda except Diet Coke and sprite. Then wanted to charge for a refill. This is the only Charley’s that i know that does this. One of the reasons we pick Charleys in the food court is the free refill. So unlikely I will bother going again. They also did not have any dipping sizes when I asked. Overall not a great experience. Certainly not the experience I usually have with Charleys at other locations.

Terrible service! I had to wait 10 minutes until they noticed that there were customers at the counter to be served. They were talking and forgot about their work. They seemed lazy, they didn’t speak understandable words and if you asked them again, they seemed angry. The couple attendants are terrible.
