I am here now at 6am on a Monday and the service is excellent. I ordered a hot coffee with a shot of espresso, Yum!! Coffee was perfection and I’m sitting here enjoying a quiet morning, great atmosphere in this Dunkin Donuts in Colonia, NJ. Highly recommend, especially early morning!!

I have been going to this location for several years and recently the espresso dri KS just did not taste like they should. I just ordered a latte today and saw that the owner used regular coffee instead of espresso. She still charged full price and had no problems using garbage coffee instead of the premium product I paid for. I suspected that this was happening but did not want to be called paranoid but today they proved that I was right. Premium pay for subpar trashy products. We are done with Dunkin Donuts.

Order from here often. Ordered breakfast this morning via mobile app. Get home to discover lemon cake isn’t there… oh well it happens. Few hours later stop in to get coffee and ask about it…… this is what i get…. oh yeah because it’s on the other side of the store so we don’t always put it when you order….. like for real? So i paid for what? Now no apology and no here’s your lemon slice. The old management was great. This bigger guy behind the counter that looks like he’s somewhere else doesn’t belong in customer service

The two employees were engaged in conversation and did not bother to greet or acknowledge me until I was standing in front of them for about 30 seconds. The cashier finally took my order of a medium latte with almond milk and a shot of French vanilla syrup. The medium size is offered for $2 from 2-6pm.
I came to this location the previous week and was charged $2.13 for this exact latte. This time I was charged $2.67. When I had told the cashier that I was only charged $2.13 the week prior, the other female employee chimed in and said that “almond milk is an extra .50.” I told her if that was the case, then I didn’t get charged for it last time and your prices need to be consistent. They both looked at me blankly. The male cashier then proceeded, in an entitled tone, to question me about what day and time I visited when I was charged $2.13. I told him that it was the same day and time, even though I felt it was inappropriate of him to be questioning me. I was again met with blank stares. The female employee repeated curtly that almond milk “is an extra .50”.
I will not be returning to this location because these two employees were entitled and rude. The least I’d expect, just out of common human courtesy, was an apology for the inconvenience. But all I got were blank stares and entitled, rude, and accusatory responses.

I don’t know who runs this place but my drinks are never filled to the top, as if someone sipped from it and hands it out to the customers. My French vanilla iced coffee has ZERO vanilla flavor in it and today I ordered a large matcha iced Green tea and was told I couldn’t get it with cream, only milk. This has never happened before when I’ve ordered anywhere else. This is the last time I’ll ever order from this location.

Very rude staff, I went in to use bathroom and get coffee. while in the bathroom one of the staff members started rattling the door knob, they knew I was in there. When I came out I asked the lady at the counter for a coffee she didn’t answer me and instead got someone else to help me. Then she made my order which was a small caramel iced coffee, the coffee was very watered down. No once was I told “you’re welcome” and on my way out I was given glares by who I assume is the manager. Overall terrible experience never going back

Horrible experience!
Asked for a medium frozen chocolate, was given frozen coffee. When I tried to tell them the same as color didnt look right , they argued back saying it was chocolate.
Gave it to my young kid who then vomitted all . I took a sip of it and it was coffee.

It was just alright. Not the best not the worst, but employees are somewhat “rude” but they do not realize. They still are nice. Got a coffee and a donut or two and messed up my coffee and put too much cream in it. Tables somewhat cramped together in the aisle near the counter and all have two seats, with the exception of one round table that can seat 5-6 people with somewhat personal space.
