2:30 in the afternoon and only 2 other people were there. Dining room was dirty. I love Taco Bell for what it is. This one could do better. Ordered food for dine in and was handed a bag with no napkins.

I’ve been dealing with this for years at different Taco bells. It’s an obvious rip off to save money on their food costs and improve their bottom line. I dropped by the Beaufort location for lunch today. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff were amazing. Taquilla helped me use the Kiosk to order, then Ava came up to make sure I had been taken care of while I was waiting for my order. Both ladies had smiles on their faces, were friendly, and helpful. Fast food can be a hard place to work. It is so refreshing to see staff that actually seem to enjoy their jobs and provide wonderful customer service. Thank You Ladies!

Evidently they are fixing the orders for the drive thru before the walk in customers. We noticed the 2 people in front of us had waited a very, very long time for their food as well; after 20 minutes, we asked for a refund. We won’t be back!

Food has always been correct, even will all the modifications. Staff is always friendly. I like that they give you the drinks immediately so you can sip while waiting for the food to be ready. I like that they have both sweet and unsweet tea out so it can be mixed.
It has the same cold and unwelcoming dining area that all modern Taco Bells have which is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Went in about 20 minutes prior to closing the indoor dining. Staff was obviously in a hurry to close the main doors so no one else could come in. Got my order wrong due to their haste. Did correct the order, but when I got home my food was cold because it took forever to make a burrito supreme.

Walked in at lunch time. Not busy inside. Drive thru was full. Staff asked me if they could help me use the kiosk or did I want her to ring me up. I told her she could take my order. I got Nachos Belgrande. They came out quickly. I had plenty of chips but not alot of topping or cheese. Kinda disappointed.

It’s a Taco Bell, so of course you don’t expect much, but man are they quick and friendly! Whenever you need a quick bite, just order ahead and you could have your food within a minute of pulling through the drive thru. Thanks to the team at this location for being quick, efficient, and kind!

Since I moved close to this location a few months ago I’ve been there several times, prior to living here the thought of Taco Bell honestly grossed me out but my teenager wanted to go one day and maybe it was the smell that changed my mind or maybe I was just really hungry but I got some too and it was great for what it is. I mean, don’t go to Taco Bell expecting the equivalent of what you’d get at a sit down Mexican restaurant of course, but for fast food it’s pretty dang good. I’ve never been inside just the drive thru so I can’t say what the lobby is like but everytime I’ve been there drive thru is quick even when there’s a line , staff is friendly, no issues at all , and the food is always hot and you can tell it’s fresh (fresh as fast food can get).
