My order had missing side of corn, fries were half packed, the wings were mostly 3/4 non drumstick portions and were very small and dry overcooked without much dressing. Called them and they said my team said they packed everything including the missing corn. Went back and got the missing corn and orders additional fries. The second order fries were larger than what I originally received. Not a good experience for $60 order.

Update: I am not sure what is going on but this issue has happened more than three times. The wings are not all the way cooked. The skin is soft like it was fried in warm oil. This time I had time to take them back but the guy up front took my receipt off the bag I was not gonna be in the mood to argue. This location has gone down and its a shame. Over $40 and I am refrying my wings so they are actually fried.
First time having wingstop. Very pricey. The wings were cooked to perfection. The flavors were spot on. Hot honey and Old Bay are highly recommend. The buns were not as good, but I have a high standard due to TRH butter buns. The fries are greasy but a good greasy packed with flavor. The veggie sticks were crisp and fresh. I cannot recommend the mini corn though. It was so soft and chewy it was sticking to our teeth. This was also my first time using doordash. I thought they had delivery drivers, chalk that up to old days. Delivery was efficient, probably do to the good tip. I’ve heard horror stories of DD drivers eating and taking food. Would recommend, but I’ll be picking up from now on.

Placed an order through the Wing Stop website at 5:25 pm. The estimated arrival was 22-36 mins however after waiting almost 90 mins. I began calling the restaurant several times and no one answered. I went in the store and employee was dismissive did not offer any type of compensation or try to accommodate for the lost. Extremely dissatisfied.

My experience here was great. When I walked in the manager was cleaning tables as the cashier prepared for the next rush. My order was taken and prepared in a timely fashion. Definitely returning.

Im a regular since my 8yo only eats chicken as far as meats are concerned. This place is always busy busy especially now since HeyTea is next door. But I have to say the service is always great. Their ac went out in one of the hottest weeks and I felt horrible for the employees but they all were still pleasant and efficient. Food is always great no complaints ever
