Food was delivered in a timely fashion, but the wings were subpar to say the least. As little sauce as possible appeared to have been applied, and the wings were so pale I thought they undercooked. They were mushy and bland as well.

I don’t even know why yall give the option for “sauced” wings when this is what yall do to them and then have the nerve to charge us for a sauce!?
Toss the dang wings in a bowl or something or at least squirt some dang sauce on the wings!
I have been here once before for wings and I did the window pick up.
Had to walk back inside (after I checked to make sure everything was ok) they did remedy the issue but what the heck can I do when I get delivery!?
I forgot to add that I ordered the drink bundle,which is supposed to be 4 sodas, and I only got 3.
Just called the store, and it took about 6 min for someone to answer. He told me he would put me through to the manager,after waiting hold for another 5 mins the phone just hung up.

I’ve only ever had a couple problems in nearly 10 years of ordering from this branch, and the customer service has always been pleasant and efficient. All problems were short lived and easily solved. I’m quite happy with this branch.

I have been living in this area for almost four years, in a first order and in the last one that I always did, something is missing. This time I was so dissatisfied first because I was missing 10 pieces of wings, secondly two of my pan pizzas were horrible, they were burned, the seasonings were terrible and so poor as if they no longer had more to put on them. I demand that the cooks be very careful with their quality. I have been a customer for years and I think they have to be very careful to send quality food.

My family frequently orders from our local Domino’s. We don’t have issues and enjoy the food. Tonight our driver did not deliver our order! When I called 45 minutes after ordering, I was given to the manager. He was great and was trying to talk to me while I could hear a female trying to talk over our conversation in the background. She said there were no lights on in our house and she knocked and just left the pizza. When I said that wasn’t true, she then said there were kids near our house but she didn’t know if they were ours. Meaning the kids stole the pizza. LOL. Again, not true. I let it be known to the manager that the light was on since we placed the order, and we have Ring cameras including the doorbell. There was no knock on the door, no ringing of the doorbell, no pizza on the porch, no kids walking around to steal pizza!!! The manager was great in that he said he would send our order out again. It has now been 30 minutes since he said that, so we will see if we get the order.

This location has by far the best customer service I have witnessed. James is a great manager & knows how to treat customers well. I order from them frequently & at that rate mistakes can happen but James does not hesitate to make things right. Which I appreciate! So therefore I happily continue to order food from this location. Just terrible. Took an hour to revive my food because the delivery driver went to the wrong address and the woman who stole my order took it from the delivery driver. Called back and the manager gave me attitude and hung up on me abruptly. Terrible service and terrible timing.
