Average pricing, although it could be argued that they are a little pricey here for the quality of food.
If you want spicy, ordering “Thai Spicy” will not even be close to spicy. It’s recommended that you ask for the side of spices and peppers to make it to your liking.
Phad Thai did not taste like it does in other places or Thailand for that matter. Each restaurant does vary their recipe, however this place seemed to have a totally different taste. Some people may like it, others may not.
The waitress was polite, but it was slow service due to lack of staff. The lady in the kitchen is friendly and smiles if you catch her eye.
The soups are good as well as the veggies on the vegetarian lunch special. Interior and bathroom are clean.
Overall a decent location if you live locally or are nearby and want some Thai food. Would not recommend traveling out of the way to visit this establishment.
Edited: it was better this time through. They were fast and courteous
The other day, I ordered my favorite dish, Phad See Ew for take out. It was literally UN-EDIBLE. It tasted completely burnt, overly salted, and utterly sick. After one bite I knew that I had to throw the entire dish out and I wasted $15.00 on it. Not worth it.
I thought that whole Phad See Ew thing might have just been a fluke… so I decided to to order take-out from there again a few weeks later (OF COURSE I avoided the Phad See Ew out of sheer terror ). So, I ordered the Fresh Roles and Tom Yum Soup .. sounded pretty safe.. right? WRONG!!!
The fresh roles contained only ONE ingredient in them.. LETTUCE!!! WHAT THE EFF? Fresh roles should have bean sprouts, fresh herbs, carrots, rice noodles, tofu, all the goodies! And they were so poorly constructed.. they were as thick as base-ball bats and all the lettuce was falling out! They are supposed to be tightly wrapped and full of flavor.. but these were not even close to what I was expecting. PLUS, the lettuce wasn’t even lettuce at all.. it was SPINACH. And it was was all brown and wilted…. Completely wrong on so many levels. Again I had to throw out the entire dish and it was a complete waste of money.
The tom yum soup was just barley edible – it had really gross bits of chicken that were fatty and hard.
NEVER AGAIN. SADLY. BEWARE!!!!
