Im always happy with my orders except today. I ordered a bacon avocado toast and barley had any bacon. Extremely disappointing both toast were the same and barley toasted.

If someone buys a product from a store, but then the store doesn’t give that person the product nor their money back, I would consider that to be theft. That is exactly what has happened to me numerous times at this store. There are plenty of other Dunkins around that have all the items they’re supposed to have and won’t rip you off. Definitely don’t go here.
Coffee generally isn’t very hot here if that’s your thing.

Terrible experience. The staff can’t seem to follow simple instructions. After waiting 20 minutes for just a coffee and a bagel sandwich, my order was still made incorrectly. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the time or money.

Absolutely horrible customer service, tried returning a drink that took over 10 minutes to make because the espresso was so burnt it wasn’t drinkable, when I tried to exchange the for a regular cold brew which is cheaper(I didn’t even ask for a refund) the older gentleman that took my order decided to just argue with me about it. I have literally never argued about an order ever, since I work in the service industry and know how it can be, but this was just a different level and if I knew how to report the worker I would.

Small, but typical, Dunkin. Located on southbound Rt17 next door to Biggie’s. They had a good selection of donuts and other pastries which can’t be said for many Dunkin’s nowadays. They had Plain sticks which are my favorite but not always available in many Dunkin’s. Service was quick and friendly. Seating for 10 people.

Don’t go there in the morning. They only have 2 people in staff. They don’t start on the online orders until the long line is done. I placed an order and waited over 25 min for them to only start my order and leave it hiding behind the coffee machine. Complete disregard to online orders. They handed me the order after I asked them to do so. Didn’t even apologize for the delay. Another customer just walked away since she couldn’t wait any longer. I was 30 min late to work only to find out they messed up on the order and didn’t provide me with straws. I’m sure the lack of personnel made it hard for them to handle morning rush, they should probably open their doors during lunch or how more people. Terrible customer service.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I can’t explain how inconsistent this location is and the minimal amount of effort they take to resolve any issue. I don’t eat pork and twice they’ve served pork sausage even though I order Turkey Sausage. Consider that By the time you get your food and go, it’s to late and then you have to call and complain. Even then, they don’t care. If i pay for whipped cream, they never put unless you remind them. This place is awful and shouldn’t even exist. Drive a little more down into Wallington and that Dunkin is far better.

I went in to order 4 wake up wraps. 3 sausage and 1 bacon. The person taking the order asked me multiple times what my order was to which I re-explained. This happened at least 5 times. No problem because she repeated my order back to me by the end of it and it was correct. Until I get home with everything and half the order wasn’t there.
