Hidden BBQ gem! I accidentally stumbled onto this great joint – and I loved every bite! The owner took our order and guided us through the menu. The brisket was just right and the pulled pork was fantastic. After enjoying my first order so much I decided I had to try the ribs for dessert and they didn’t disappoint I will be coming back very soon.

Best brisket I’ve ever had in my life, not to mention delicious ribs, boudin, sausage, smoked turkey, chicken legs, and unbelievable homemade sides and scrumptious peach cobbler. Oh, don’t forget the spicy pickles. Sooo good! Great place, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Just tried their Taco Tuesday special with 3 tacos with brisket and pulled pork. Outstanding flavor and great deal for $6.95. Threw in an order of Mac and Cheese, perfect thickness and cheesy. Will definitely come back for more. Very curious about Smoked Pork Ribeye Friday…more to come.

Best barbecue in El Campo by a long shot! I judge every Texas barbecue spot by its brisket, and The BBQ Place didn’t disappoint. The meat is tender and well-seasoned, the sides are savory and come in generous portions, and the staff is friendly and efficient. An excellent place to grab lunch! I completely and wholeheartedly recommend!
