Workers are always friendly. Unfortunately, the food is consistently terrible. Most of the time, the beef tastes like chemicals. They put beef in both of my potato soft tacos before. Fries are either kinda fresh but with no seasoning or enough seasoning but hard and cold. Quesadillas are never cut through and always folded up and shoved in a bag. Friendly workers but i’m concerned about the beef tasting like chemicals and everything wrong all the time

Pretty ridiculous wheny cheesy double beef burrito($2.99) is bigger than the quesorito($5.99)(just came back) $3 for less thanks Taco Bell…. Do better!

Food was ok but we had to place our order on a prompter, I don’t like it. Then if I wanted the ‘verde’ sauce packets were an additional $.29, really. This is a condiment and should be free. Service was also very slow and thete was no one in front of us inside.

Went to go inside and it was locked when I try to call no one would answer when finally someone picked up all they said was hey no customer service at all when I asked about the doors they laughed and gave the phone too a different person which proceeded to just say go unlock the doors knowing the shouldn’t have been locked

Ordered two grilled cheese burritos. Payed like 4 or 5 bucks for extra steak and rice. These came out skinnier than normal. Glad i spent 15 bucks on two chincy burritos. This is why i only go to the one on kentucky ave, this one and the one in camby suck.

The male employee with long black hair and is kinda chubby was rude to me when I came in to order he was using profanity and had an attitude I will not be coming back p.s you need to make sure your employees are in check when doing customer service he was so rude that I will no longer come back to this restaurant

Placed the order online prior to getting there. Still had to wait a very long time to get the order. Plus, when we got the food, it was not hot. May be some items say there for a while before the rest of the order was prepared. Just not a good visit.
