Absolutely no customer service. I spoke with a girl named Taylor who identified herself as the GM of the store. She called me after I ordered online. I ordered $54 worth of food, but I used an e-gift card I had for Papa John’s for $50 of it and chose to pay the rest in cash. Taylor called me to inform me that DoorDash is their chosen delivery people and that they would not take a cash order with only $4 left. So I needed to pay the remainder of it with a credit card. When I asked why it mattered, she responded with, “If you don’t understand what I am trying to tell you, then I will just cancel your order.”
I would advise the franchise owner to consider a new GM for this location.

I ordered for pick and as soon as I got there my pizza was hot and ready. I ordered from the app and got the 8.99 large, 1 topping.(Carry Out only) The pizza was great, I will be back. Their customer service was awesome! This location is new. Please keep it up and don’t get sloppy like them other locations.

Place looks clean. Smells weird, and the person who took my order scratched his greasy hair and face. Then went straight to the pizza dough and started to roll it on his arms and fingers. Definitely gross to me. I feel places like this should wash their hands anytime they touch their face or scratch in their head… like why are we touching peoples food without washing hands in the food or service industry? Conversations and cussing probably could have waited until there was no customers in the lobby as well…

I have not had a pizza in months.. Love Pepperoni and saw the ad for a Shaqaorni.. Take a look at the pizza I got.. was hardly any pepperoni on it.. did not taste no Pepperoni either.. submitted a feedback form about and requested to be contacted,, that was 2 days ago././ NOTHING.. sad..

One of the employees was in front of the store smoking a cigarette and went right inside to check out customers. Didn’t bother to wash his hands. Could smell the cigarette in the store.

My online order said it got canceled, so I put in a separate order. Then I got a notification saying the first one was on its way and I wasn’t able to cancel my second order. Even though their website told me my original order got canceled. Don’t recommend ordering online.

I NEVER received notification about the stare status of my order. Only to realize after getting home 4 minutes my this was cold as heck. Horrible customer service. I’ll go elsewhere for my pizza in the footie future.

Worst experience. Ordered a pizza and wings, waited over 45 minutes, called the “manager” lovely to be yelled at because maybe the doordasher picked up another order and didn’t care. Asked for a DM number and hung up in several times. Terrible service.
