As a truck driver I do love my tacos, This is my favorite place to stop at while I’m home. I like this location better then the one they have in antelope, so I drove here even though antelope is a skip away.
Yeah they are getting a little more expensive, but you have to understand they have to make ends meet.
I also would suggest they get a few tables and some chairs.

They rushed to make the food. The shells weren’t even cooked all the way and I drove 1.6 miles to get food I would have waited 30 mins if I had to get some real tacos. For $24.00 I’m coming back to get my money tomorrow.
And the meat tasted old and dry not fresh and cooked.

So i’ve been wanting to try quesabirrias for awhile now and it’s awesome that this food truck has em.
We’ve been to Taco’s El Rey for quesadillas and burritos before but the quesabirria is definitely my favorite!
It was crispy, meaty and cheesy. The consome was delicious and flavorful. One thing to note would be…because it’s in a styrofoam container, if you don’t immediately eat all of it, it gets real soggy BUT what I did end up doing is I popped it into the air fryer and it got even better!
Also, it’s not on the menu when you are scanning the food truck but if you ask them, they’ll make it 🙂

The tortas and tacos were great. Customer service is always good. The only complained will be that the nachos chips were not fresg home made but more like from package. Also, to add more choices for people who don’t eat meat. Other than that, this food truck is a good choice.

They are seriously so good!!! And so nice!! The lady is so sweet. I got a shrimp quesadilla and quesabirria tacos. Delicious and I’ve tried a lot!! Seriously 10/10 SO GOOD. I thought about taking pics but didn’t want to stop enjoying my tacos. Thanks guys! I’ll be returning
