So I ordered two of the spicy chicken sandwiches and asked for mustard and pickles only and I received both of my chicken sandwiches with everything on it. Do not recommend this McDonald’s. this is ridiculous would also be helpful if they would get the phone number fixed. Can’t even get Ahold of McDonald’s!

Went to McDonald’s expecting a nice quick bite right? What I really got instead was subpar service. The staff seemed completely unbothered, and when I asked the heavyset woman at the register for my order, she simply handed it over with a rather annoyed look on her face. Not even a courtesy to tell me to ‘have a good day.’ My order also magically has one or more items missing every-time she takes my order Not exactly what I’d call friendly customer service. Maybe they should work on that. Stop by South Mcdonald’s instead. P.S her name tag says Aryssa

Came in during a long drive and needed to use the restroom. I went into the women’s room and both stalls were locked. Nobody said anything, so I asked one of the workers to use the restroom because the doors were locked. He said two female employees might be using the restroom and to check again. I opened the door and said hello several times, with no response. I asked told the worker that nobody said anything and there were no noises, and assumed they were empty. The manager walked in and had to tell the two workers to get out because I needed to use the restroom. I understand that employees need to use the restroom like every other person, but to not say anything in response is ridiculous. Like, I’m not going to go away. Also being on crutches and having to go back and forth was aggravating.

We went to South McDonald’s last night. The food was alright but the service was below average. The person who attended us, placed our cups on the counter upside down, the rim was touching the counter near. Also, the employees and even the manager were goofing off in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend going there on evenings.

Every single time I come here – I get parked waiting for food. Doesn’t matter how much or how little I order or what time of day – I end up parked. Currently parked right now waiting for 2 double cheeseburgers. That’s it – that’s my whole order – 2 cheeseburgers and I am parked. Along with another car at the third window and 4 more cars parked beside me – all waiting for their food
No point in ordering with the app – you’ll still end up parked. There was me and one other car here (at the third window) and I ordered ahead online and still got parked. They do one thing – make food and they can’t get it done.
