Kids 3 to 5yo are $6usd for the AYCE. My kid only ate ice cream and noodles but still, it was reasonably priced!

We chose the premium option and were not impressed by the quality of the Wagyu.
The spring lamb was wonderful and that is what we kept ordering again!

You can order half order for any if the options if you are dining with a small group, so you can get more variety.

Vegetables are buffet style, dessert and sauces are buffer style.

The staff can get very busy, dont be shy to flag them down!

Happy hot pot!

Happy Lamb is seriously the GREATEST hotpot spot, not even kidding! Their spicy and sour soup base is rich, flavorful, and completely addictive. What makes it even better is the all-you-can-eat spread: from fresh seafood to crisp vegetables, soft tofu, quail eggs, and so much more variety. Everything is high quality and endlessly satisfying. The whole experience feels like a feast you can customize just the way you like. I left stuffed and happy, but honestly, I’m getting hungry again just writing this. If you love hotpot, this place is a must-visit!☺️

This is my favorite place to go for hot pot. It has the best value and quality for the best price for many years. Its still only $22.99 for all you can eat with drinks during lunch time from Monday to Friday. For comparison, you probably will pay $100 or more for the same amount of food at Hai Di Lau Hot Pot. The quality of the meat such as the lamb, you will have to pay for $20 a pound at the supermarket. The place is busy during the lunch hours due to the great price, but it’s not as busy as before when you have to wait in a long line. The service and cleanliness is great. I am always excited to have the first taste of the broth and the lamb. My family has been going to Happy Lamb Hot Pot since it was changed from Little Fat Lamb Hot Pot. It still serve the same great Hot pot. Overall, it’s a steal to eat here.

They have some new pricing for both lunch and dinner, but it’s still good! They did get rid of the individual pot option tho, so be ready to share broth!

My first time at Happy Lamb Hotpot. It’s a very good pick!

They are AYCE with the standard “classic” ($32) and “premium” ($37) plans, which are really good prices imo. I chose the classic, and the meats were good quality.

Ordering is done traditional waiter-style. I personally dislike this because it can create an awkward eating pace since you’re waiting for a waiter, and since these places are normally very busy, it usually takes a little bit. Luckily, the servers are very nice and my group even got some vouchers at the end! Still, I always find a tablet/QR code works best.

Sides here are free and bar style. A lot of common sides are at the bar, and they have a solid variety (no bok choy, but other greens). Rice cakes, another common side, are only available with the premium plan.

Like other hot pot places, there is a sauce bar with a small charge. This charge for Happy Lamb also includes self-serve soft drinks & ice cream. The ice cream is not that good, so I’d recommend sticking to the mantou which is by the side bar. The soft drinks includes Pepsi products and some sweetened fruit teas which were pretty good (and also pretty sweet).

The atmosphere is very nice, almost high scale. We went on a Thursday night and it was lively and energetic. The meats are displayed very photogenically, and I saw some of the meats from the premium plan even have a very extravagant display.

One of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in a very long time! Definitely ordered way too much but every bite was amazing! My favorites were the house shrimp paste, fish balls and fish fillet. Combo A $80 and feeds 4 easily. Service was excellent and very attentive constantly refilling the broth and clearing plates. Condiment bar ($2/person) was well stocked and had a lot of variety. $10 Corkage fee. Restrooms were very clean and modern. There’s really good ventilation to prevent the whole place from getting too steamy and hot. Definitely bringing my friends here!
PS. The only thing I didn’t like was the horrible soft serve ice cream.

My go to hot pot in the east bay. I cannot get enough of the best of both worlds. My favorite comfort food and it is always packed. Enjoy an all you can eat hot pot with varied prices. Be sure to get there with good timing or you will have to wait. There are plenty of options for all kinds of dietary restrictions. Don’t forget to check out the dipping sauce bar.

I have been to another Happy Lamb hot.pot. but I like this branch better because the sides buffet is set up better. Although you would feel that the place is crowded, this is because the chairs and tables are set up closer to each other.
I always get the half and half, itsbthe right balance of the tasty broth. Although the spices and all other things they put in the broth gets in the way when you are scooping it.
The regular meat choice is already good, but its really up to you if you want the premium one.
You may want to come in early dinner during the weekends because it gets really packed around 530pm. And thisnis because they dont have time limit, which is really good since most hot pot have a 1.5-hour time limit now.
This is worth checking out if you are a hot pot lover.

Still the same after remodeling.
Beef and lamb are the best.
Sauce and drink are 1.99 more.

Last time (2024), the waiter told me the pork he gave me was actually angus beef, so I brought it into the lab due to religious issue.

I will make sure they don’t mess up with customers.

My second vegetarian hotpot experience and i loved it. Lots of veggie options and they have half and half broth, basically spicy and non spicy version of veg broth. Crispy paper tofu was interesting and must try. It took some time to get a table, so do get reservations in advance. One of the server poured non-veg broth by mistake so they replaced the broth and gave us new veggies. Restaurant have really good ambiance.
