I’ve never seen a McDonalds like this one. Everyone is so helpful and they seem happy to be at work. They’re laughing and joking around and so helpful carrying baskets of condiments offering them around. Absolutely fantastic experience for a fast food stop.

Could not have been a worse experience today 2-23-26 drive through confused my order badly, causing multiple money transfers. Clogging up the line. Window Personne loaded two drinks on the same side of the tray and they fell everywhere in my car had to exit the car to clean up. If the food is free i will not go back there. Manager tried to fix bill and further messed it up. Just a terrible experience.

Maybe we go to often but this is the second time we either had to wait 20+ minutes for an order we places before we left a place at least 10 minutes away. To top that off we ordered a total of 6 sauces for nuggets and fries. Got absolutely no sauces. Today asked for a double fish sandwich for my mom with extra Tartar Sauce and I’m guessing this McDonald’s has no sauce. Because once again no sauce. As I was in the driver through i noticed that on the window it said hiring looking for people to join their team, and at the end of it said accuracy. I remember when I worked fast food it had to be fast and accurate. This one is steadily slow and not accurate. This will be the last time we eat here. My new New Year resolution.

Might be the most consistent McDonalds location for screwing up orders. All I can say is make sure you get a receipt because management will tell you one thing and try to short you. Food, when order is filled correctly is consistent to other locations.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal. Seemed like almost everyone going though the drive-thru had to “pull over and wait”. Then I watched as bags (and happy meals) were delivered to others that ordered after me were brought out. But… my grandson and I were still waiting for his ONE HAPPY MEAL! VERY DISAPPOINTING and upsetting.
This particular McDonald’s has never had the best service. There always seems to be a problem when I come here (usually the order is messed up in some way). But this was final straw — waiting 20 minutes for a single happy meal is absolutely unacceptable!!!
My advice — drive a little further and go to another McDonald’s!!!

We recently ordered a frappe with no whipped cream. It was given to us with whipped cream, not a big deal. What is a big deal though, is the way an employee angrily yelled “I’ll throw this away then” and ripped it from my wife’s hand as she politely asked for it to be corrected. This isn’t the first time we’ve witnessed this particular employee acting like an ungodly avatar of toxic masculinity, but if it happens again, at the very least I’ll escalate my complaints until I reach someone who is willing to fire him. This behavior is completely unacceptable in general public interactions with strangers, let alone a service industry job.

We have two options for McDonalds close by and with the Walker Mill bridge closed, it’s a little bit longer of a drive to get to this location, but we still choose it over the Boardman location! This location is MUCH faster, BETTER quality, FRIENDLIER staff, and CHEAPER!!! It gets a little bit crowded for lunch and dinner, but they still do a much better job than the other locations in this area! We highly recommend this location and will continue to frequent it over the other store.

This was an experience. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits. Instead, what I got were 2 cut biscuits with no sausage pattys in either. The hash browns were somehow cold and overbooked, and my wife’s sausage burritos had barely any filling in them. It amazes me how every time I visit this location, there is something wrong with my order. I swear if I was to just order a Dr Pepper, I would get a flat Diet Pepsi instead.
