Pathetic food,service and a waste of time and money ate one piece threw the rest away, a pizza made from a so called manager if these are the standards your putting out there and training your staff to put out and not willing to fix or remake a pizza that was not satisfied to standard Is sad tried to give back this pizza to make it right and argued with me that it was made the way it was ordered. Wasn’t trying to get a free pizza just make it right but refused. Sure it don’t matter to the company but would never order or recommend from this location again.

First off, let me just state that I don’t like eating pizza UNLESS it’s papa johns pizza.
That being said… I haven’t had papa johns since about 6 months ago, I like to consider it my cheat meal for myself once in a blue moon Tonight on November 2nd, 2025 I placed an order to pick up, and pay in cash (Love this feature by the way)
As I arrived, the place was clean, and was instantly greeted by a kind gentleman who said he upgraded my pizza order to a large with no charge! I then asked for extra garlic sauce and he hooked me up with that as well! (Usually it’s about a $1 or more for extra sauce) My order was still hot, and nicely prepared.
I know papa johns gets a bad rep sometimes, but coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy pizza as most americans do, I will always stay loyal to papa johns ❤️

I don’t like having to pay tax, delivery charges, and a tip, that adds $28 to a $30 order. That is 98% price increase because the company uses Door Dash. If I wanted to pay their outrageous prices I would order through them. Not to mention a estimated delivery time of of an hour! It’s been 45 minutes and door the Dasher hasn’t arrived at Papa John’s. At this point I should be paid to eat their “food.” I will be checking to see if its been tampered with!!!

Said he didn’t want to argue but thats the customer service I received. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s for the foreseeable future.

I ordered a delivery order and there wasn’t hardly any food in both Papa Bowls. The manager(a woman) told me that the Papa Bowls are supposed to be very small portions as in a snack. She also said that since the start of the Papa Bowls, the cooks were putting too much food in them so they a had to adjust them.

Pizza was great! Fresh hot! Ordered 12 wings and they where charred. Honey chipotle. The sauce taste nasty. I called and let them know. They replaced my order with great customer service. Thank you Papa Johns hope my new wings are better.

Took over 90 minutes to get two pizzas. We tried calling to cancel, but nobody answered. Can’t cancel online. Room temperature pizza arrived after we already started making food. Disappointing. Unfortunately there’s no way to talk to a real person to try to make things right …

That’s completely ridiculous I was transferred to someone else after I made my order and didn’t even get the time for when my order would be ready or was sent by email …I would’ve rather had 1 phone with an actual person and told price and timing in the same call definitely a thumbs down

I ordered the cheddar crust pizza but received a regular crust pizza instead. I did not realize the mistake until I was already home. Pretty disappointed considering the crust up-charge. Food was good otherwise.

Tried to place my order online and experienced some technical issues. Order went to the wrong location. Called this location after dealing with customer service who didn’t really help. But the manager Karla at this location was EXTREMELY helpful. She went above and beyond to not only make sure my previous order that was already paid for, got refunded correctly, and then made sure the new order was correct. Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had ordering a pizza. Completely turned my experience around. I read some of the other reviews and see that they are mixed. All I can say is, my experience with Karla was outstanding.
