If i could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered two tuna subs. They got my order wrong manager refused to refund the delivery fee was rude although I had receipts and pictures. Does he realize I ordered the sub because I wanted it. I shouldn’t have to pay delivery for the wrong meal. He refused to refund the delivery fee. His attitude was trash and customer service was awful. Didn’t care about what i ordered and should not work there. This whole encounter was sad.

My wife gave instructions to ‘leave the food at the door’ due to our sleeping newborn and the delivery driver rang the doorbell and handed her the receipt to fill out (presumably hoping to get a tip). I will be reaching out to the manager to get this issue corrected. No one has the right to try to force a tip or attention. I have no idea why a delivery person would present the receipt WHEN ITS NOT REQUIRED! Again, totally inappropriate and I hope this delivery driver is corrected for her inappropriate actions.

Service was friendly and very nice BUT…
When I paid with cash, the blond young lady working there checked me out, handled my money in her working gloves and when she was done she DID NOT change her gloves and went right back to her dough making bread.
Nasty, this needs to be addressed!

I’ve been visiting a lot of Jimmy John’s recently traveling for work. This particular Jimmy John’s was not the fastest but reasonable for a typical fast food joint. I’ve been thoroughly impressed whenever I visit one of these restaurants and my sandwich is done before I can even finish filling my drink. This location missed that mark but had several other areas it excelled in.
The restaurant was clean. The last one I went to had no clean tables but this one, every table was clean.
While they didn’t hit the freakishly fast mark, they did bring our sandwiches out to our table and actually gave us the correct sandwich without “auctioning” them off which is impressive because this is a failed mark at several dine in restaurants so the fact that a fast food place got that right is pretty impressive in my book.
Overall, this is a good one. Good service, clean restaurant, reasonable fast, and the food was on point.

You might want to post that you don’t take bills over 20s so people know before they order and the employees start making the food… Had to go to another business to get smaller bills to pay for the food that was waiting.

I am a jimmy johns frequenter and I have never been dissatisfied with my experience more than I was today. I sat and watched the worker slicing meat and touching it with gloves on. He took out his cell phone multiple times and appeared to be texting. Put it in his pocket and carried on slicing meat and touching the meat with the same gloves!! You and I both know that cellular devices harbor all kinds of bacteria. I also saw other members of the jimmy johns team on their cell phones. This is unprofessional. To top it off, my son found a hair in his sandwich. I will never go back to the E. 10th St location in Sioux Falls again!

Their delivery service is top notch and they’re always on time. Our orders have never been wrong in the last 10 years. Tip your delivery drivers as the delivery fee does not go to them!!!
