Wow! I was blown away on my first visit to this cozy and quaint lil spot! My lunch was incredibly flavorful and delicious! I enjoyed every single bite of the spinach artichoke soup and stuffed chicken breast salad. It was the sort of deliciousness that leaves you entirely delighted and wanting to return again soon for more.
Our server was fabulous and friendly- she informed me that they had just recently introduced a new menu featuring many of their former favorite daily specials as regular menu items.
There is also a wonderful lil shop to check out after dining.
Very popular – reservation recommended.

This is a nice little hidden gem. It is tucked away in Avon’s old district. Make a reservation because lunchtime is busy. This was an historic home converted into a restaurant giftshop. We had to wait 20 minutes for a seat in a cozy room. The women there were really enjoying themselves. My wife tried the sandwich and soup. She really loved the lobster bisque. She said it was creamy and loaded with lobster bits. Her ham sandwich was real ham not lunch meat. The plate came with fresh fruit, this was a nice touch. I had the tuna salad, salad. It was extremely fresh. There was a lot of it. The prices are in line with the quality. It is an eclectic quirky little restaurant. I found out that our waitress, Jenna, was the owner. She told me that she likes getting out of the kitchen once a week to serve her customers. It shows because she is excellent. She wants things just right. Parking is a hit or miss. Since this is an old converted home it is not wheelchair friendly.

What a lovely find! We were headed back to Michigan from a morning of doctor appointments and all I wanted was a fresh lunch in a quiet restaurant… this was the perfect spot! My dad is pretty particular with what he eats and he was even happy and ate everything. My mom said the tuna melt was delicious, they loved the lemon scone, everything was fresh and delicious. My salad was phenomenal. All of our meals were generous portion sizes, the team working here was really nice and welcoming, and the service was perfectly on point. They have gluten free options, as well. Their cinnamon rolls also looked delicious! The shop had many great gifts and items for sale. I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant for lunch.

Great place for lunch. Quaint old farmhouse, tiny dining areas. A bit chilly on the porch depending on the season. We had fantastic service and delicious food. Antique areas could use some attention. Honestly you could make this whole space just the tea room!

The Tree House was hard to find since the name is on the side of the building. But the quiche was delicious and the ambiance of this historical old house with for-sale gifts all around are delightful. Friends took me there to celebrate my birthday. I think I would go again.

This is my favorite lunch spot. I just took my 7 year old with me today and she had the best time! She got a cinnamon roll with fruit and thought it was the best meal ever! I always love their “Great Pair” and the lobster bisque is amazing!
You really should have a reservation but if you call first thing, they can usually fit you in.

I visited this restaurant with a friend and our children (five guests total: three children and two adults) on an evening with frigid outdoor temperatures. Prior to arriving, we called specifically to confirm whether there would be a wait, as we were dining with children. We were told there was not.
Upon arrival, I went inside to secure a table while my friend remained outside briefly to get the children out of the car. I clearly communicated this to the hostess and stated that we were fine waiting to be seated until the full party was present. Despite this, the hostess stated she “wasn’t sure” how long the wait would be, offering no apology or acknowledgment of the misinformation provided over the phone.
When I reiterated that we had called ahead and were told there was no wait, the response was dismissive and curt, with blame shifted to me for not specifying the number of guests again, without any apology or attempt to remedy the situation. The overall interaction gave the clear impression that families with children were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests.
Given the strong reviews, I was genuinely looking forward to dining here. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic hospitality ensured that this will be my first and last visit.

They say you only get one shot at a first impression and I can tell you that this place knocked it out of the park. My wife absolutely loved the ambience and decor not to mention a phenomenal brunch. The crabcake salad was a nice feature during Lent that I loved. The lobster bisque was very flavorful and portion sizes were very generous. Overall, we would highly recommend this cute location for brunch and we will definitely be back. Thank you again for the great experience!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this charming spot. The patio was peaceful and beautifully done – perfect for a relaxing lunch.
The food was phenomenal. Portion sizes were generous and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Jenna, my waitress, was outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. Her service really took the experience to the next level.
They also have a retail shop inside with thoughtfully curated items that reflect the same charm and care as their menu. It’s the kind of place where you want to tell all of your friends about!
Between the quality of the food, the cozy ambiance, the retail treasures, and the impeccable service, this place has officially become my go-to lunch spot. Can’t wait to come back!
