This is the 2nd time in less than a month that they have failed to get my order correct. The first time I got it… Like the AC was out and they didn’t have the meat. Fine no problem. This time they didn’t make the sandwiches right. I ordered two different sandwiches and they just put whatever they wanted in it. I disappointed as this was the better subway. Please fix it so I can come back. Help your staff to pay attention to directions!

Went to pick up some footlongs for dinner, and there was three other people ahead of us when we arrived. Wait was not too long of a wait, the gentleman there was very nice and attentive-Doug. He apologized for the wait since it was only him and a girl who was training. Ordered two spicy Italians and a tuna. Our food was all good but I was bummed a bit to find out they had ran out of banana peppers. We did also purchase cookies that were also good! We didn’t eat there but it was all clean.

Staff can’t read I guess. Do not place an order online. They cannot read the ticket and the Lu make whatever sandwich they want. THEN have no idea how to give you a refund. I completely lost my appetite for Subway and wanted to take my business elsewhere but the girl was trying to Google it I guess. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

Several times order online because it’s closer to us to drop off food to a school and either they ran out of something and didn’t mention that or I get there and the order is made incorrectly. I don’t know what it is about the subway, but it is not the best in town. I would literally go to a different subway. That’s a little further down and order there.

A young man with headphones on made the best 2 subway sandwiches I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to adjust veggies at all it was perfectly crafted from every piece of deli meat placed intentionally to each veggie being evenly distributed. A+ job.

I don’t know who the manager is but they are hiring the wrong people. Everyone there has HORRIBLE customer service. I always give them another try and it seems to be getting worse and worse. I will never go back to this location.

The employee charged me a tip when I didn’t want to tip and when I asked her to refund it, she told me she wouldn’t refund it. I called and we went back and forth and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!!
