I truly wish I could give my Starbucks a five star rating But the one thing I look for when I go into any business is their customer service. I have been going to my Starbucks to be opened And for the most part, I’ve always been greeted and my customer service has been 10 out of 10 But recently, with this new staff of employees, customer service has been not so good and slightly bitter I never get greeted. No one ever has a smile on their face. The environment is very calming, but when the barista have Pour attitudes It makes you not wanna be in the environment.

I visit my daughter and grandkids in Garden City, Ks. This particular Starbucks has friendly service. The blond roast was fresh. It was a really good cup of coffee. The only thing that I would add here is it does take awhile to get your coffee. I do however understand that when it’s super busy. Thank you all

I wish I could give a lower review for the service provided today. I ordered ahead and gave myself at least 10 minutes before I would arrive due to knowing this Starbucks is slow. When I placed the order the time said 10-13 min before ready. I arrived and waited another 30 minutes at least before my drink was ready. The lobby and drive through were both full of people waiting. There were 3 ladies working and it seemed as if only one drink was being made at a time by one person. The other two were just walking around and talking. This is extremely unacceptable. Like I mentioned I know this location already take a long time to make drinks but I have never waited so long in my life.
