Ordered takeout for myself and a friend before a work event. They got the order right and everything was fresh. No Cuban sandwich on the menu but the portions were big. While I waited I enjoyed a good cafe con leche.

This place used to be really good! I was a regular. I would go here for delicious inexpensive breakfast. Once the main waitress left (there were two) everything went downhill. I mean, horrible. I gave them a couple of chances but it became beyond ridiculous, on top of the grumpy one being left and them never having simple things like toast.

Ordered a steak sandwich which was awful. Literally paper thin, no taste and potato sticks stale. Tomatoes green and oil and vinegar seemed old as well. A $10 charge. No recommend.

I’ll eaten here several times now. The food was great and for the price I got a more fair amount of food. The reason why I’m giving this eatery such a mediocre score, is due to what I witnessed in my last visit. Last week on my lunch break I visited the shop, ordered my meal and while waiting a large roach crawled out beside the stool near me. I squashed it and after a minute or so the waitress stepped out from behind the counter to sweep the flattened roach out of the shop. It appears like they have a pest problem. Roaches are one most disgusting pests in my book. I will not be eating here anytime soon.

The cuisine here tastes like it’s from Cuba, and it’s the best meal I’ve ever had with incredibly fantastic rates. I definitely recommend this place; you won’t be disappointed.

Brush up on your Spanish. Not too much English, but very friendly. I got the Ropa Vieja. It was fantastic. The beans were really great. It’s just a little hole in the wall, but worth a stop.

Hole in the wall dive. But food was really good and unbelievably inexpensive. Had the “Pallomilla Steak” special with a Diet Coke for under $10!!! Service was excellent. Recommend.

It was ok. My server was concerned with counting tickets, collecting money from machines. No conversation whatsoever no good morning nothing. Though she didnt speak English…its courtesy.. and I speak Spanish.
