Eco-friendly pizzeria serves Neapolitan pies & craft beer in a tiny space with a garden.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. I understand I got a bogo deal on Uber for the hog pizza, but that doesn’t mean you should make it horribly. I even let it slide when he threw my order down on the counter and was already turned around before ge said have a nice day. $35 down the drain.
The dough was burnt on the bottom, and doughy ontop. The meatballs tasted overflavored and had an offputting flavor profile. I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and tried it there because I would’ve immediately asked for them to be remade or refunded.

Tried out Humble Pie on a beautiful Saturday in January. We placed an order for pickup and it was ready in about 15-20 minutes. We grabbed 2 personal sized pizzas, meatballs, and a coke. Overall, the quality and flavors of the dishes were solid and I enjoyed the variety available on the menu. Our pizzas were a tad greasy, and I wish the online ordering process was more streamlined (ended up just calling in to order.) Would come back again to try the different pizza options we saw.

This Humble Pie experience was great! I’m sure the “Humble” in the name refers to their prices, because the food was fancy. I grabbed a happy hour pizza with basil on top. The basil was grown right there at the restaurant on the rooftop. The garden-style seating was great for a summer day. I also put my book down to pick up a local newspaper they had a stack of on a countertop. They were discussing important issues. The food was high-quality I would definitely grab another pie in the future!

Service was lovely and I really enjoyed the farm to table aspect. Nice cozy outdoor dining with outside heaters.excellent happy hour vines.
I got the whole hog and the tiramisu and spent 33 before tip.
Was pretty disappointed with how soft my pizza was, but maybe I needed to specify that I like it crispy so I’ll try that next time. Sauce has a very mild flavor, but meat was well cooked and full of flavor. I was disappointed with the tiramisu as it was very dry, but if you like the cream part of tiramisu and not the espresso then you will love it. the portions are large.

Humble pie grows a lot of their own ingredients and even has chickens next to the restaurant. The seating is outdoor garden-style which is great for relaxing in the summer. We tried the Angry Lamb (pictured) and Roasted garlic chicken pies. The crust tastes stone fired, yet it’s still soft and not too crispy. The lamb retained its flavor despite being ground, and the garlic on the chicken pizza was suitably strong. The personal pies are quite large, I challenge you to finish yours in one sitting.

Innovative menu pairings but the Neapolitan pizza wasn’t as crispy as it could have been. The service was quick and the picnic tables have heaters to stay warm when you eat in the off season.
It was tasty, butI was hoping for more.

This location is on the corner of Sweller (South Weller for the non-locals) and Rainier Ave. There is a divider on Rainier, so keep that in mind depending on if you are traveling North or South.
This location has restaurant prices with fast-food service.
It is street parking only but there is plenty of parking along Sweller. This is outdoor seating, with a wheelchair accessible ramp, though it’s pretty tight quarters in the seating area if you are in a wheelchair or a walker. Family-friendly with a good mix of families and adults in the area. Great for a casual dining experience, and it felt safe. It is self-service but we tipped per the Seattle usual.
This location is just as cool as the design on the pizza box and the name. The food was very fresh and the pizza came out thin crust with the an even grill on a 14″ platform and very clean without the dripping oil. Happy Hour is 4-6p where the margarita pizza is $14 (*regularly $20) and most pizzas will set you back about $30 after tax & tip.
I did not order the pizza with the “eggs” but I would have if I had seen the chicken coop on site! The graphic on the pizza box and sign made more sense after seeing the chickens.
Midas 5-stars for the freshness and Mexican Cokes! I will try the local Tiramisu next time! I did not rate the service as it is self-serve and for the price it’d be nice to have that added it.

So yummy! The crust is a 10/10 and they have so many different toppings. We got the arugula, mushroom, and egg one and it was really good but definitely needed some acidity (lemon, Parmesan, or tomato). The dining area is okay, nothing special. The pizza came out fast and one pizza was definitely enough for two people. Would come again!

Maybe it doesn’t help that I had high expectations but I was not impressed. The setting/design of the “restaurant” is different but not original and while I’ve seen it done cute, the location ruins it. It’s too close to a large homeless area and there was some that approached during our meal to ask for a slice. Which I’m not opposed to giving but not while I’m actively eating. It’s also too close to a main road so vehicles can be loud.
The food was good at best. Nothing that made me say wow. The sauce was underwhelming, not enough ingredients, I feel it lacked flavor and the dough was too thin so you lose the benefit of having a brick oven style cooking. At the end of the day I wouldn’t go back.

Prefer margarita and the apple spiced walnut pies. They are 14 inch pies cut into 6 slices. This place offers tap bear and an amazing dine in atmosphere. If you’re just passing by, you might miss this place. The oven looks like a custom built brick / concrete oven. This place is a great place to just hang out and chill. It’s like having pizza in your own back yard. Water and utensils are all self serve.
The margarita pie is amazing. The tomato sauce is very savory and the basil is very fresh. The thing I love about Neapolitan pies is how thin the crust is. I would love it more if it was a bit more crispier.
The apple spiced walnut pie is a really good dessert pie. It’s dough, mozzarella cheese, cinnamon spiced apple slices, and glazed walnut. It’s pretty unique and it’s really good. It reminds me of a charcuterie board.
Overall it’s a place you should try.
