Disappointing. Ordered 2 footlongs and items were left off or wrong items on both sandwiches. One of the footlongs was a roast beef and there was a miniscule amount of roast beef, especially considering it was a $11.99 sandwich. This has been our experience the last 2 times we’ve been at this Subway – we won’t be back.
Also wanted to use the 699FL Subway offer, but it wasn’t accepted at this Subway.

Had a great experience with the guy helping me out.. He told me they had problems with the register during lunch, but he said it didn’t faze them.. Real courtesy, No Bs.. Got everything right. Overall the place was fresh, and clean. Well kept no complains here

Could be better with how they actually make your sandwich. I took one bite to realize I had bitten into just bread and tuna. I got veggies I didn’t ask for and then come on, what is what one, maybe two slices of onions? Very dissatisfied with y’all. My bigger issue is that it’s the one I’ve ALWAYS gone to and only recently had it gotten lamer.

Where’s my cheese? The kid taking my order didn’t greet me on top of that didn’t listen to me when I gave him my order. Told him 5 times I wanted a 6 inch TUNA sandwich but kept asking me “WHAT KIND OF MEAT DO you WANT!?!” the Hell? How many times do I have to say tuna with pepper jack cheese? First time this subway threw off my groove.

I think this might be one of the few subway locations that still prioritizes customer service and cleanliness. A++ to the two employees that were courteous, respectful, and polite as we ordered. Keep up the great work!

Yes manager here did not greet just plain asked me what I need not even a hello or welcome, them was told I couldn’t use my coupon on a certain sandwich and when I asked why she looked at me as if my question was stupid. I was genuinely curious and her attitude made me not want to even order.

My girls were craving chocolate chip cookies so on our way home we went to out closest subwaybon la homa and 5 mile. They had 0 cc cookies and the few that they had looked not so fresh. Drive back to this location and to my surprise they had fresh baked cookies. The young man who helped me gave great customer service. A car came through the drive through through he got his coworker to take care of them while he prioritized assisting me. Took a few soups as well and some chips for the cravings. All in all store was clean everything looked fresh and stocked and once again really appreciated the attention and customer service this young man gave. Hope you see this and know you did a great job!

Went today to subway and it said that they close at 10 and they closed at 9:30. We went and there was a worker on the phone sitting down and they didn’t even open the door they ignored us, very bad service! Wasted my time going there !
