Yesterday was the first visit here when my boyfriend and I wanted a more healthy dinner option. We were greeted quickly by Selina who took our order and Pace who had a huge friendly smile behind the register. We opted for the lemon pepper ranch with planko chicken and chipotle mango avocado with grilled chicken. I really liked the variety of options for your base in the bowls. Selina suggested to try the chips with queso and my boyfriend was pleasantly surprised of how tasty the combo was. Delicious would be the word to describe the food here! Friendly staff, quick prep time and great food means we definitely will return. The queso and flatbread also were a hit with us Looking forward to a return visit already!

I had a few minutes for a small dinner and decided to stop in at Gusto. I pulled into the large shared parking lot and found a spot right up front. When I walked inside, the person behind the counter offered a basic greeting but not much guidance. Maybe she thought I was a regular who knew the routine, but this was only my second visit, and the last one was years ago. She stepped in a little to help me place my order for a Sweet Soy Sriracha bowl with spicy grilled chicken over half rice and half greens. I asked for an empty cup for water. Their setup is simple. You order at one end of the counter and pay at the other. By the time I reached the register, my food was basically ready. Prep time was quick. The cashier stayed pretty quiet. Nobody was rude, but there was minimal interaction with the staff, which worked fine, I guess, for a quick stop. I packed up my food and headed to the outside seating. I opened up my bag and my bowl was a nice size and just what I was looking for. It was a little on the pricey side at $13+ for a chicken bowl, but I’d order it again. Definitely my type of meal. 3.5 Rating

Update: the next time I came back 2 weeks later the portion was much better. Not sure if due to my feedback or a coincidence but I’m happy and full today.
Original review: I like gusto and come here for their medical Monday deal often. That being said, I feel like recently they have been going down in portion size and up in price. Recently they switched to “bigger bowls and wraps” without the chips included but the amount of food they put in hasn’t changed, just the packaging.
Recently I got this half and half bowl but they barely put any greens in it so the portion left me hungry. Here it is after I mixed it up.

Absolutely gross. Payed over 20 $ for a bowl with inedible slob on it and a few pieces of overcooked steak. This is my second time trying this spot and I thought the first time was just a fluke, but no, never again. The cashier was impatient and unfriendly, I really don’t get the high rating of this place..

Great place for a nutritious lunch. Costs a little more than the usual burger and chicken fast food restaurants, but worth every penny. I had grilled chicken Sweet Soy Sriracha over rice. My wife had the tahini cucumber and feta wrap with chicken. Ordering is simple enough and the finished meal is filling and delish!!! Nice staff and fresh atmosphere. There is outdoor tables on the outside for those days below 90 degrees!!

S/o to Celina the pretty young lady at the counter when you first walk in … her personality was great to encounter she helped me pick my lunch item as it was my first time…. Paid around $15 the lemonade was goooood if they offered tortilla chips or pita chips something other than baked chips in a bag I might have said cava watch out lol but def a good atmosphere music playing nice corner seating with the glass allowing for a nice view

I’ve been pleasantly surprised to explore gusto!! This is a fairly new concept in my side of town, but I’m enjoying what they’re doing and definitely support the clean, aesthetic, straightforward approach, beautifully married flavors, and convenient locations. Let’s see what gusto! can do in another year.

The Tahini Feta Cucumber bowl and the new Creamy Spinach Artichoke bowls are my most recent favorites. I like the Thai Peanut one as well. I have not tried all of the bowls but ones I have tried have been delicious. I like that I can customize my bowl by adding extra veggies, protein, and get half rice and half veggies for the base. The food has always been fresh when I’ve been there and the large windows make the restaurant feel open and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes visiting all the better. Highly recommend.

Okay I told myself I would take a pretty picture of my plate…clearly that didn’t happen.
It was absolutely amazing
Cleaned the plate clean it was delicious, it was light but filling, the flavor was phenomenal, and all the toppings were perfect I didn’t feel like it was missing anything
Staff was great too, I have a women take my order and she had a great personality, the gentleman who took my payment was also helpful, I was still looking around since it was my first time and answered me. Everyone was nice and personable I didn’t feel any negativity coming from anyone. Very sweet people
Definitely recommend and looking forward to trying something else on the menu

I’ve been coming here regularly but finally remembered to take a picture before devouring my food. As always food is full of flavor and the different toppings just adds to my bowl
When I was checking out, the cashier in front of me asked if I wanted a drink or cookie and when I was looking over I saw they had a new one. I asked if they were good and he said he personally likes them. Sold me. And he was right, it was good, it has that nutty taste to it but the apple part of it gave it a great balance of sweetness. I would definitely recommend it

Me and my girlfriend LOVE coming here. We are vegetarian and don’t like many fast food places because the options are so limited. At gusto you can pick tofu as your protein for everything and the tofu is good! A lot of places offer tofu but it’s bland – not here. You can eat a yummy affordable meal out and not feel gross after. 5+ stars
