1 and 1/2 hours for delivery and when I finally received the pizza, it was burnt. Like many have said they don’t answer the phone, so I had to drive down to Red bank at night to return the inedible trash they delivered. They couldn’t explain how they let such a disgusting pizza out the door, “I guess I didn’t check it” is what the “Manager” said. All I got was my money back, no credit and a insincere apology.

I don’t think the people that work there understand the rules of the two minute delivery if I pull up and you stop at 53 seconds but then take another five minutes to actually bring it to my car, that’s cheating. Then they didn’t cut the cheesy bread at all. The pizza was sort of cut but not all the way through. It’s dominoes so I don’t expect a lot I just wish they had actually used a knife to make it so that the pizza is ready to eat.

Last week order was hour and half late.
This week the wrong order was delivered. Asked for the manager and she answers “hello”
No name, no nothing. Useless operation. Money refunded. What happened to good service and the customer is first??? But tip, tip,tip. No more 15% tip. Now we demand 20-30 percent tip for subpar service. sitting here with family hoping to watch a horror film but instead got horrible service. That’s what I get for ordering junk food.

I usually order from this dominos and it’s good. However when I ordered marinara dipping sauce, when it arrived it was opened and the container was covered with black old sauce. I don’t understand how they could put it in the bag unknowingly, and when I called to notify them they offered to send another one. However there was no point at the time for someone to send a marinara cup. A lady answered the phone and I explained the situation and she said “ i’m not sure how that happened do you want another one?” And then after I replied she proceeded to hang up on me. So very rude and had black marinara sauce.

This dominos must of gotten new ownership because it’s absolutely horrible. The food is not fresh and the delivery drivers are extremely rude. I always click ‘leave at door’ and contactless delivery being that I have an infant who needs to sleep. This happened not once but twice the delivery drivers knocking on the door asking for more tips. AWFUL. Super unprofessional. Will drive to a different dominos going forward.

Used to order from here all the time and the last 2 times I have ordered have not been impressed. Food is no longer good, boxes are crushed into the pizza, cant fallow directions to leave pizza at door, and worst one of all both times the driver came here asking for more of a tip. I delivered pizzas back in the day and have never asked for more tip it’s extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be ordering from here.

We ordered a pizza and a soda. The delivery boy forgot the soda and said he was going to bring it back. Its been two hours and we had to call twice they said both times they were “on their way”. Still not here. We also had to call the second time on a separate phone because they wouldn’t answer on the one we originally called with. We think they were purposely ignoring us. 0/10 would not order again. All I wanted was my delicious carbonated beverage that is coca-cola. With Love, Karen!
