I am a regular customer of this place. I ordered through grubhub. Normally my food is amazing. Tonight every one of my sandwiches were awful.. dry, no cheese on sandwiches and didn’t get the extra cheese whiz I ordered and paid for. I did contact store personally and they were really kind, understanding but because it was through grub hub I was told I could only get a credit for future orders. If I don’t get some sort of compensation from this order, especially because it was over $50.. this store might have lost a customer

****See edit below****This place had a very strong cigarette odor when I walked in to pick up my to go order. The restaurant was nice. I really like the location. It’s a corner unit with lot’s of windows. I’m assuming the empty restaurant at lunch time is due to strong cigarette smell. The food though is actually quiet good. I had a Philly cheese steak and my husband had the meatball sub. Both were really good. The service was fast and friendly.
Review edit. After eating here I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I was sick for a week. I am changing my original review from 3 stars to 1 and warn all to think twice before going here. That is unless you want to lose a quick 10 lbs and feel on the verge of death for a week. By the way, it is our duty to inform the health department when getting food poisoning. Food poisoning can be deadly to unborn babies in a pregnant mother’s womb, children and the elderly. Do your duty and inform the health department when you get food poisoning. You could save a life.

Took my kids here. The lady at counter was kinda snippy. Got 3 special combo meals and large wings. My son heard the girl in back say there WASNT enough wings. $32 later our food came out. The philly’s were half filled if that and there was maybe 10 tots if that. Then I realize there were only 10 wings!!! Are you kidding me for $14!! This place is a rip off! Food and service used to be great it was a weekly place for us but I wont return and I urge everyone to stay away. Not worth it at all! They seemed overwhelmed that there were 3 orders going. Obviously cant handle it.

I ordered $82 worth of food. I asked for 2 mushroom orders and only received 1. I asked for 2 milkshakes and they didn’t give me either and said they didn’t have any ice cream. I asked for 2 orders of onion rings and didn’t receive any at all. The cheese steak sandwichs I received didn’t have the ingredients I asked for on them (like cheese). When I called to question them about this, I was told that I was welcome to come in and talk to the manager tomorrow. When I asked why they couldn’t bring me the rest of my order or why I didn’t receive so many parts of my order I was told that there was only one cook who only had two hands and he was busy. Then I asked the person I was speaking with what his name was and he said ” you can have my name, it’s my day off” I fail to see how I should suffer for any of these excuses when I paid so much money for the product. Don’t waste your time or money ordering here!!!!!!!

I ordered the basic Philly cheese with an order of tots and my wife got her in custom order and the ordering process was very complicated. There’s things on the menu they don’t have on display still which made it frustrating to see what they have to offer. It didn’t take long to get my food, but it just isn’t that good. I’d recommend Taste of Philly they put together a way better meal for a little cheaper actually.

The cheese steaks tasted great, but the portions were awful for the price. Aside of jalapeño poppers was $4.64 and we only got 6 poppers. Side of deep fried mushrooms was $4.64 and only got 7 mushrooms. Longer wait at Taste of Philly, but didn’t get ripped off there.

Not as bad as the reviews. The price is inline with most places now a days. Remember people, we voted to raise minimum wage so that is now being passed to the consumers. Service was fine and we saw lots of smiles. I agree that Taste of Philly is better but I wasn’t disappointed in this place.

I went in to try this place for the first time. The prices are too high for what you’re getting. Considering that I’ve eaten at Taste of Philly I was hoping to have a good Philly cheese steak close to home. Nothing special about the sandwich and it was too small. Even with the fries and drink I had to go to the kum and go for a slice of pizza to feel full. So sad.

Ordered for delivery last night, and judging by the prices expected not to be able to finish it all. Wrong. First of all it was basically cold, and the portions were underwhelming. $12 for a double cheeseburger w/bacon and it doesn’t even come with fries? $13 for a large wings and there are 8 total, not even a dozen? They were also dry and cold. The cheesesteak I ordered was okay, it was very small with not much in it. Jersey Mikes has a way bigger and way better cheesesteak for a comparable price. The loaded tots were pretty good but expensive. Overall I was VERY disappointed with the quality and portions of our order. I wanted to warn people so that they don’t end up feeling as ripped off as I do right now.
