We have a weekend house in New Lisbon and we come out there just about every weekend and a trip is never complete without grabbing dinner at Shipwreck Bay and having some amazing pizza. All the servers we’ve had there have been fantastic but the stand out that we always try to get is Mackenzie, she’s just phenomenal! By some chance we don’t get her, she always comes by and says hi and chats with us which is appreciated. First time we ate there, which was towards the end of july, I was shocked by how good the pizza was. Admittedly I’m kind of a pizza snob growing up in Chicago and having a father that owned a couple pizza restaurants back in the day, I’m very critical. Their Pizza is fantastic and I can’t recommended this place enough. They’ve also now started serving a flatbread pizza which my daughter tried and was also very very good. Of you find yourself in the area, this place is a must, just be sure you ask for Mackenzie for your server!

Parking was packed as expected on a weekend. We were seated right away. Outside is always the best for us because the view of Castle Rock Lake is great!
Service was mechanical, but adequate. We would have liked desert, but it felt like we were being rushed to leave. The food is better than all of the other restaurants in the area and it’s not all fried. The mixed drinks are excellent.

I think Shipwreck has some of the best fish fry in Wisconsin! I love the pepperoni pizza and the lobster roll. There’s plenty of seating for large groups and you can see the lake from just about every seat in the restaurant. This is a local favorite!❤️

Shipwreck is always a fun place to be. TV for the sports fans, beach front for the summers, outdoor all season porch for fall and spring for those who want an outdoor feel without weather restrictions. Food is always amazing, hot and ready. Staff is friendly if busy, and ready for suggestions if needed. The cost wont empty a wallet while you fill your stomach. Overall this business is a must visit if you are passing through, or living nearby.

Fun place to stop off of Castle Rock Lake. Great outdoor bar! Dine inside or outside on their beautiful patio. Food was awesome. I hade the deluxe pizza and my husband had the steak sandwich. Excellent! Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back.

I have been in this place many times over the last summer . I can not say a bad thing about the place. The only thing I have ever had for food this far has been PIZZA that’s cause it’s absolutely amazing. The thin crust is perfect. Been there on busy nights and just like any good restaurant gonna have to wait. It has that good old Wisconsin super club vibe . Real people Real food.

Fast friendly service. Friday fried cod was flaky with a thin crispy coating. Tots were extra crispy/done, but still tasted good. Coleslaw was bit watery but also still tasted good. We’re in and out within an hour even at 6pm! Granted somewhat off season timing.

We didn’t order and food so I couldn’t rate it. Atmosphere is great and very clean. They had just opened and it was nice and clean and organized. Right on the water. We will come again and try the food. Our barlendar made excellent Bloody Mary’s but was tired from the 4th of July weekend.
