I live 500 miles away (south of Boston), but I’m in town to visit friends 4 or 5 times a year. And every time, I make sure to stop in here for lunch.
The food is fantastic, the place is clean, and the associates are always super friendly.

I would have given higher marks. The food was fine. But. They did not offer a bathroom for me to use. Said it was close for renovation, even though I noticed that 1 of the workers went in the bathroom to use it herself. For somebody who rides long distance on a motorcycle, the bathroom is extremely important.

I came in with my husband today at around 2:30pm. The person working was WONDERFUL!!! They were patient with my indecisive husband, made suggestions, and was funny all while being polite. If I lived in olean, I would 100% be a frequent flyer. Great employee, great food, great store! My sandwich was PERFECT.

I stopped in on Saturday, July 7 @ approximately 12:30. Two employees were in the back room screaming at each other, using profanity. A third employee apologized and quickly waited on me, however extremely distracted by the fight.

This is a very nice Subway. Using the Subway app, you can order online and pickup in the store. The staff is friendly. Parking is a little challenging but worth the convenience of fast service.
