Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was over cooked and dry. Wings were so dry I couldn’t eat them. Called the store and they gave me store credit. But not for the whole amount. Every time I order from this store food is not good.

Went to the store Wednesday and got a makeup pizza and wings. They were very good. The two guys working were very professional and took care of me. I feel like management is the problem here.

has consistently gotten almost every single order i’ve made wrong. finally writing a review because on the most recent order i picked up, the breadsticks were plain instead of the cheesy ones. my brother had made the order, i ate one, and he told me they were wrong after the fact; wasn’t planning on going back since i already ate one but my brother wanted to head in and see if they’d mind fixing it (since they couldn’t use the breadsticks at this point, anyways.) brother claimed fault for one of them being eaten and the person at the counter told him that was “pretty stupid” of him. absolutely unacceptable in customer service and i am very disappointed, would have been fine with being told it wasn’t possible but insulting him was completely shocking. since nothing i order from here comes out right anyways, i’ll save my money and time somewhere else.

They have forgotten the extra sauce that I ordered the last 2 times. I even wrote “don’t forget the sauce” on the delivery instructions. And I give a good tip too! They’re literally around the block and we try to buy local. Between the delivery fee and the tip it cost an extra $10 easy. I am quitting Pizza Hut. Not worth the aggravation anymore. If I order and pay for something extra they need to deliver it. The staff is very nice when I picked up one time. But I’m done.

I don’t like to be negative the place could of been a lil cleaner. I’d understand if it was busy and they were rushing around, but staff wasn’t doing anything except the one checking me out. And the young lady was very friendly. Pizza a lil more greasy than normal also. Hoping it was just an “off day”.

First bad experience: sons birthday and we ordered 6 large pizza. When I get there 1 person working and they are very behind schedule. My order was almost 30 minutes overdue when I canceled. Needless to say I didn’t appreciate the extra stress on my sons birthday. Now on 8/18 they are almost 2 hours late from the time I ordered. Place is poorly run. I called n was told they had influx of orders and are short staffed. I’ll never order from here again. Its my only two times having used this pizza hut and both times were horrible

I came here for a friend. Nice staff, curbside pickup only. Pizza is only ever so-so. In the UK, Pizza Hut is excellent with great food and nice dine in restaurants. Here in Louisiana it’s take out only, and mediocre pizza at best. I’d never spend my own money at Pizza Hut in the USA
