I placed my first order 3 weeks ago, and after getting back to the hospital to my fiance, unfortunately, we were missing some food from our order. I called immediately and spoke with Chris, who did not live up to his promises. I called a few days ago following up, and Leanne was able to resolve my issues and ensure I was properly taken care of. The food was great overall. Definitely sign up for rewards before placing your order. My first visit the rewards was not mentioned, and to get credit for a previous purchase, it’s a bit of a process. Thanks to Leanne’s leadership, I would definitely eat here again. The drive-through had a truck parked in the way, and I went to the window, and no one ever came, and there was not a sign displaying it was closed.

We went to this noodles and company tonight and it was BUSY! The whole crew was hustling back there though, the cashier Ian was super great taking my 5 orders (not to mention we customized our bowls), everything came out quick and tasted AMAZING.

I ordered zoodles here and had a regular noodle mixed in. I can’t eat gluten so I had to stop eating my meal after I discovered the regular noodle mixed in. It was a large noodle too, not sure how you could miss that. I’d you have celiac disease I do not recommend this place.
